Objective:a.Through systematic observation of clinical effect of using traditional Chinese medicine combined with sequential therapy to treatment Facial Recurrent Dermatitis, to find a Simple, effective, period of treatment is shorter treatmentb. Through prick allergen tests, to find out the inducement of the disease, and provide reliable evidence for the the prevention and treatment of disease. C.Through serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) tests, to explore new idea for the disease.Methods:72patients were divided into two groups in random. The treatment group were given oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with meiluxiaozuo cream and Moneta furcate cream for external use. The control group were given Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with Moneta furcate cream for external use.1course of treatment has7days, to judge the effectiveness at2ndand4th course of treatment. Test prick allergen and serum immunoglobulin E (IgE), observe immunomodulatory effects of using traditional Chinese medicine combined with sequential therapy.Result:Young and middle-aged in high incidence rate, and the occurrence rate of female is higher than male. The comparison of comprehensive treatment:the treatment group7cases were cured,20cases were markedly effective,4cases were effective,2cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of93.94%;The control group2cases were cured,11cases were markedly effective,10cases were effective,7cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of76.67%. The comparison between the two groups of P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The comparison of TCM syndrome curative effect:the treatment group7cases were cured,20cases were markedly effective,4cases were effective,2cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of93.94%;The control group4cases were cured,10cases were markedly effective,12cases were effective,4cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of86.67%. The comparison between the two groups of P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The two groups before treatment, the serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) count was normal in57patients,6cases were higher than the normal range,63cases were normal after the treatment. The comparisons of within group and between group before and after treatment, the serum levels of IgE count P>0.05, there was no significant difference. The results of72subjects skin prick allergen,53cases were positive (73.61%).The results of inhalant allergen were positive:41cases of dust mites(68.34%),41cases of house dust mites(68.34%),15cases of willow (25%); The results of ingestive allergen were positive:10cases of milk(16.67%),10cases of egg (16.67%),9cases of shrimp (15%). The skin prick test positive reaction degree was (+++) is mainly dust mites (24.39%), house dust mites(24.39%), cockroaches (9.09%),egg(10%).Conclusion:using traditional Chinese medicine combined with sequential therapy to treatment Facial Recurrent Dermatitis can turn away lesions obviously, and may have a positive role on the regulation of immunoglobulin in patients with IgE level, enhance the immune function of patients, so as to achieve better clinical efficacy.
