In the treatment of western medicine mainly give antihistamines, corticosteroids, oral such as immune modulators, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory ointment, hormonal ointment, immunosuppression ointment for external use, etc, and choose to cooperate with cold spray, phototherapy, biological resonance physical therapy to make a diagnosis and give treatment. The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of facial dermatitis is guided by the basic theory of TCM, according to patients’ symptoms and signs for syndrome differentiation and treatment, through different combination into different Chinese traditional medicine prescription, way, method is more flexible. And external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine as an important part of TCM treatment system, with its "Simpleness, convenience,cheapness and check" advantages, is valued by more and more clinical doctors and compared with to be taken orally, not through the absorption of gastrointestinal tract and liver and kidney excretion, almost without any side effects to the body, so also more and more get the welcome of the patient. However, it is the lack of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment for facial dermatitis of normative research, in view of this, this test is designed.Objectiveto observe the traditional Chinese medicine internal and cooperate with the xian yu shi fu fang topical treatment of facial dermatitis clinical curative effect, and efficacy compared with boric acid solution, in order to provide certain guidance for Chinese medicine external treatment of facial dermatitis.Methods:to meet the demands of group of 46 cases of facial dermatitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group (26 cases, to cooperate medicines are from xian yu shi fu fang external treatment; Control group 20 cases shi fu to cooperate Chinese medicine internal and boric acid solution. Two groups were performed after soaking LanRun or homemade zinc oxide ointment in protection, moist skin. Records of patients before treatment, treatment 7 d,14 d self-conscious symptom with skin lesion score, and curative effect before and after pictures in skin lesions for contrast.A course of 2 weeks.Resultstwo groups of overall curative effect comparison:the seventh day of treatment group total effective rate was 53.85%, the control group total effective rate was 55.00%, total effective rate between the two groups to compare difference has no statistical significance (P> 0.05).14 days treatment group total effective rate was 69.23%, control group total effective rate was 60.00%, total effective rate between the two groups to compare difference of no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Two groups of a single lesion or self-conscious symptom comparison:comparison within two way, subjective symptom (erythema, papules, scales) score and self-conscious symptom (swelling, itching, burning, pain, tension) score, whether it is the 7th day or the 14th day after treatment, has significantly decreased compared with before treatment, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison between the two way, pain symptoms in the treatment of 7 days compared with the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the control group improved more obviously. The rest of the lesion and self-conscious symptom had no statistically significant difference compared with the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion(1) traditional Chinese medicine internal and cooperate from xian yu shi fu fang topical curative effect on facial dermatitis, hydropathic compress curative effect with boric acid solution.(2) two groups of treatment effect on skin and self-conscious symptom have improved significantly; In the two groups in the improvement of erythema, papules, scales, swelling, itching, burning, no significant differences on tension; The control group is superior to the treatment group on the improvement of the pain symptoms. |
