As the new medical reform gradually executing,the health care industry market access policy easing,the traditional medical market pattern has been disrupted the trend of reorganization,private medical institutions are increasingly competitive.In the medical industry,competition of private medical institutions and public medical institution has become increasingly upgrade in many fields.As the government support,software and hardware conditions are equipped with limit,and many other factors,discipline and the development trend of private medical institutions are not as promising public medical institutions.An important part of the core competitiveness for private medical institutions is the performance management,and performance management is the basement of performance assessment,so scientific performance assessment is particularly important.Based on performance management and assessment theory and practical application of hospital performance management experience at home and abroad,using questionnaire survey,case analysis such methods to explain the present situation of He's hospital looked up,such as"performance appraisal purpose is not clear","performance assessment indications are not scientific " and a series of problems,delve into problem causes,and then combined with the characteristics of He's hospital,the integrated use of BSC and KPI,systematic redesign the He's hospital performance appraisal system,puts forward some Suggestions for the implementation of the scheme,the safeguard measures of the implementation of scheme has carried on the discussion.In this paper,the research promotes the improvement of the performance appraisal system of the He's hospital.The research conclusion also has reference significance for civilian hospital.
