| Purpose:By using the decoction of nourishing qi and nourishing yin,eliminating Phlegm and removing blood stasis,Gan Changzhi Palpitation decoction as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine to treat ventricular Premature beat(Qiand Yin deficiency with Phlegm and blood stasis),the author observed its effect on reducing the number of ventricular Premature beats and imProving the symPtoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy and safety of symPtoms and imProvement of quality of life Provide a basis for intervention in the treatment of arrhythmias(ventricular Premature beats)with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:From January 2017 to January 2018,a total of 72 Patients who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were selected from the Department of Cardiology,affiliated HosPital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.A randomized controlled trial was used.The Chinese Patent medicine control grouP was given Shensong Yangxin capsule(Beijing Y iling Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,[aPProval symbol]Z20103032C,oral,4 tablets each time,3 times a day,after meals,For4 weeks,the treatment grouP was given Yiqi Yangyin,eliminating Phlegm and removing blood stasis of Ganchangzhidecoction to choose the new green Chinese medicine formula granules,each dose It was divided into 3 cases,1 case at a time,100 ml with warm boiled water,50 mlbefore breakfast and 50 ml after dinner,for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,the Patients were observed to reduce ventricular Premature beats and imProve the symPtoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The effectiveness and safety of symPtoms and imProvement of quality of life.The data recorded by mobile Phone during treatment were calculated by SPSS 17.0 software.Result:1.two grouPs comPare to reduce ventricular Premature beat number effect:after 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment grouP and the control grouP can effectively reduce the number of Premature ventricular contraction,reduce the number of Premature ventricular contractions in treatment grouP the total effective rate was 91.67%,the controlgrouP to reduce the number of Premature ventricular beats the total effective rate was 86.11%,comPared the number of rooms the total effect of Premature grouP decreased after treatment,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment in comParison to control ventricular rate between the grouPs was statis tically significant(P<0.05).2.TC M syndromes,symP tomatic curative effect comParison:after4 weeks of standardized treatment,Chinese medicine treatment grouP and Chinese Patent medicine The control grouP can effectively imProve the TCM syndromes and symp toms of the Patients.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the TCM treatment grouP is 94.44.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the Chinese Patent medicine control grouP is 80.566.After treatment,the TCM syndromes in the TCM treatment grouP are compared with each other.There was significant statistical significance(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the imProvement of 8 cases,such as shortness ofbreath,insomnia and dream,chest Pain,etc.(P<0.05).3.ComParison of safety indexes:blood routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function were monitored before and after treatment,but there was no significant safety monitoring.After treatment,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:As a method of treating ventricular Premature beats(Qi Yin deficiency combined with Phlegm stasis syndrome),Gan Changzhi Palpitation decoction,which can nourish qiand nourish yin and eliminate Phlegm and remove blood stasis,has a definite and safe clinical effect and can effectively reduce the number of ventricular Premature beats in Patients.It can imProve the symPtoms and symPtoms of TCM better,imProve the quality of life of the Patients very effectively,highlight the multi-target and multi-way treatment of TCM,and oPen uP newideas and methods for clinical treatment of Premature ventricular beats in the future. |
