Objective:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of flavoured broiled licorice soup in patients with ventricular premature beat syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency,so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical application. Methods: 64 cases of premature ventricular beats patients with deficiency of qi and Yin syndrome in the department of cardiology and intensive care unit of hunan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the study subjects. The control group was given mesilide hydrochloride tablets,100 mg each time, three times a day.The treatment group was treated with flavored broiling licorice soup, taking 300 ml decoction in water and taking it in two warm doses. The treatment courses of both groups were 4 weeks. The TCM syndrome score,Lown classification, and the number of hours of 24-hour dynamic ecg before and after treatment in the two groups were observed, and the results were obtained through statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender, age, primary disease, single TCM syndrome score, total TCM syndrome score, number of premature beats, and Lown classification before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of improvement of single syndrome score in traditional Chinese medicine: there was a statistical difference between the two groups in the treatment of palpitations, shortness of breath and lack of thirst(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group had an advantage over the control group in the reduction of single syndrome score in traditional Chinese medicine.3.Improvement of the total score of TCM syndromes and comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: after treatment, both groups could reduce the total score of TCM syndromes, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing the total score of TCM syndromes(P > 0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 60%.There was a statistical difference(P < 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the total score of TCM syndromes, but the treatment group had an advantage over the control group in the efficacy of TCM syndromes.4.Comparison of improving ventricular morning frequency and reducing ventricular morning efficacy: after treatment, the ventricular morning frequency of both groups decreased, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).The ventricular morning frequency of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of reducing the number of premature beats in the treatment group was 86.67% higher than that in the control group(66.67%),and there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group had an advantage over the control group in improving the number of premature beats and reducing the efficacy of premature beats.5.Improvement of Lown classification and comparison of Lown efficacy: after treatment, both groups could improve Lown classification, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the improvement of Lown classification in the two groups was similar, with no statistical difference(P > 0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of Lown in the treatment group was 86.67% higher than that in the control group(70%),and there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups improved Lown classification equally, but the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of efficacy.6.Safety assessment: before and after treatment, there was no significant change in blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function and kidney function indexes of the two groups of patients, and no significant adverse reactions were observed in the patients. Conclusion:The modified decoction can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of patients with ventricular premature beats(PVCS)with qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, reduce the frequency of 24-hour dynamic ecg and reduce the Lown classification of patients, and there is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment process, indicating that it is safe and effective.
