Research On The Diagnostic Scale Of Hyperactivity Of Fire Due To Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Palpitation(Ventricular Premature Beat)

Objective:Through the Research on the Diagnostic Scale of Hyperactivity of fire dueto yin deficiency Syndrome of Palpitation(Ventricular Premature Beat)，to find out andestablish generally quantitative indicators and mathematical model about syndromediagnosis， aimed to explore the thought and methods for Syndrome diagnosticstandardization research of TCM.Methods： Firstly, on the basis of conducting the Control study and clinicalRetrospective study about Modern literature of TCM syndrome’s regularities ofdistribution of Palpitation(Ventricular Premature Beat), to proceed Literature, Clinicalepidemiological investigation and expert consultation, then establish the Diagnostic Scaleof Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency Syndrome of Palpitation(VentricularPremature Beat). Secondly, to check and evaluate the Diagnostic Scale in the respect ofthereliability, validity and responsiveness. Finally, using the Diagnostic Scale asmeasuring tool, and on the basis of epidemiological investigation, by the way of indexesmeasuring, to establish the Macro Quantitative diagnosis model and standard ofHyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency Syndrome of Palpitation(Ventricular PrematureBeat).Result:The Research showed that Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiencySyndrome was one of the Clinical common syndromes of TCM of Palpitation(VentricularPremature Beat), and worked out the Diagnostic Scale of Hyperactivity of fire due to yindeficiency Syndrome of Palpitation(Ventricular Premature Beat). The comprehensive assessment indicated that the thereliability, validity and responsivenessof the Diagnostic Scale were well. On the basis, the Macro Quantitative diagnosis modeland standard was established of Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency Syndrome ofPalpitation(Ventricular Premature Beat)，and diagnostic threshold wa s277. Clinicaldiagnostic test results showed that this standard was provided with a higher sensitivity,specificity, accuracy, and positive ratios.Conclusion: The established Macro Quantitative diagnosis standard of Hyperactivityof fire due to yin deficiency Syndrome of Palpitation(Ventricular Premature Beat)has wellfeasibility, veracity and utility value after Literature inquiry, Clinical epidemiologicalinvestigation, scale development and statistical analysis. The research result will provide aStandardized scale for Further research of Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiencySyndrome of Palpitation(Ventricular Premature Beat), and normative research thought andmethods for reference for Syndrome standardization research of other disease.
