Clinical Observation On Ershu Guize Wendan Decoction In Treating Frequent Ventricular Premature Contraction Of Yang-deficiency And Phlegm-yin Type

purpose: To research the Effectiveness and Security of Erzhu Guize Wendan Decoction in treating frequent ventricular premature beats of Yang-deficiency and phlegm yin type,and supply sufficient and effective evidence basis for the use of Erzhu Guize Wendan Decoction,which in the treatment of frequent ventricular premature beats of Yang-deficiency and phlegm yin type.Methods:From February 2022 to January 2023,60 patients diagnosed with yang deficiency and phlegm yin type ventricular premature beats were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Second Department of Cardiology at Lu’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.They were randomly divided into an envelope method,with 30 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group.All patients were given routine treatment(metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,23.75mg/dose,oral administration,once a day).On this basis,the observation group was treated with Erzhu Guize Wendan Tang orally,with a course of 4 weeks.By conducting two 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram examinations before and after,comparing the frequency of ventricular premature beats and average heart rate,recording the patient’s clinical symptoms,filling out a syndrome scale,summarizing the therapeutic effect,and finally importing relevant data into statistical software for calculation and analysis,a conclusion is drawn.Results: 1.The total number of ventricular premature beats and the average heart rate in the two groups were significantly lower than before 24 hours after treatment.There was a statistically significant difference in the total number of ventricular premature beats between the two groups,but the average heart rate was not significant;2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with that before,and the experimental group was more significant.The syndrome efficacy of the experimental group was 86.7%,higher than that of the control group,with significant difference;3.During the study,there was no abnormal change in the blood routine and biochemical indicators of the patients,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.Erzhu Guize Wendan Decoction combined with metoprolol succinate is better than metoprolol succinate in the treatment of frequent ventricular premature beats due to yang deficiency and phlegm retention,and can steadily reduce heart rate;2.Erzhu Guize Wendan Decoction combined with metoprolol succinate can improve the general symptoms of patients,and the effect is better than that of metoprolol succinate alone;3.Ershu Guize Wendan Decoction combined with metoprolol succinate can effectively treat the frequent ventricular premature beats due to yang deficiency and phlegm retention,which is safe.
