Clinical Observation Of QTd And HRV In Patients With Premature Ventricular Beat(Deficiency Of Qi And Yin) Treated With Wu Shen Qi Decoction

Objective:By observing wushenqi decoction subtraction of ventricular premature beat(qi and Yin deficiency type)before and after treatment in patients with QT dispersion degree(QTd)and heart rate variability(HRV)changes of the indicators,aims to address wushenqi decoction subtraction treatment of ventricular premature beat(qi and Yin deficiency type)in patients with clinical efficacy,providing theoretical basis for Chinese medicine treatment in patients with ventricular premature beat and basis.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,40 clinical patients with ventricular premature beat(qi-yin deficiency)were selected from the outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine,including 22 male patients and 18 female patients,aged from 35 to 70 years old,with an average age of 59.38 ± 9.77 years.Patients were given wushenqi decoction plus or minus oral administration,2 times a day,each time 150 ml,divided into morning and evening meal warm,the course of treatment for 4 weeks.Safety indexes of liver and kidney function,changes of total score and total curative effect of clinical TCM syndromes,changes of QTd,QTcd and HRV were observed and recorded before and after treatment.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistics on various index data of subjects before and after treatment.Results:1.Changes of total score of TCM syndromes: compared with before treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly reduced,with extremely significant difference(P < 0.01).2.The total therapeutic effect of wushenqi decoction on premature ventricular beats(qi-yin deficiency)was 90.0%.3.Effects of QTd and QTcd: there was no significant difference in QT and QTc before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significantdifference in QTmin and QTcmin before and after treatment(P> 0.05).There were significant differences in QTmax,QTcmax and QTd before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in QTcd before and after treatment(P<0.01).4.Influence of HRV: the time domain indexes SDNN and SDANN before and after treatment had extremely significant difference(P<0.01).RMSSD and p NN50 were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wushenqi decoction can improve the clinical syndromes of premature ventricular beats(qi-yin deficiency type).2.Wushenqi decoction can reduce the premature ventricular beats(QTd and QTcd)patients.3.Wushenqi decoction can improve HRV.
