Purpose: Based on the proposed Chai Jun soup in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(qi and blood stasis type)the clinical curative effect of observation,and discusses its action mechanism,provide the basis for further clarify its clinical effect.Method: By choosing into standard of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients with blood stasis and qi as the research object,its source for 2015 in December 2015 to the present of changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital orthopaedic clinic patients.Numbered in the doctor's order and then according to the random indicator method all patients were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group to use the Chai Jun orally,the control group oral neck convalescent particles,two groups of patients were 14 days for a period of treatment,through the comparison to assess efficacy.Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.3% after clinical efficacy evaluation.The total effective rate of control group was 82.9%.P<0.05,there were significant differences between the two groups,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: From Chai Jun soup with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and analgesic effect of t2 dm,through the statistical analysis of the results of the treatment,the two groups to calculate pseudo Chai Jun soup and neck within the particles of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis(qi and blood stasis type)has a good clinical effect,since the quasi Chai Jun soup clinical effect is better than that of neck convalescent particles,provides experiment basis for clinical application.
