A Clinical Research To The Therapeutic Efficacy On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy Vertebral Artery By Electrical Puncturing On Napex Acupuncture

Object:A clinical observation research to the therapeutic efficacy on treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery by electrical puncturing on napex acupuncture. Discusses treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery more effective to acupuncture methods, This study is to provide a clinical standard foundation for acupuncture treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral ArteryMethod:60patients who were divided into two groups at random,the treatment group a selection of C4-C6hole clamp ridge and Fengchi,Gongxue acupuncture point, a control group selection of C4-C6hole clamp ridge, electricity treatment, Observation clinical curative effect, ymptoms and signs rating scale and color doppler hemodynamic changes.Result:Treatment group total effectiveness100%, the control group total effectiveness96.7%. Two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups before and after treatment were significant rise score (P<0.01), shows that both treatments have extremely significant effect. Comparison between the two groups, After treatment, symptoms, signs table of integrals scoring has significant difference (P <0.05).Comparison between the two groups to improve contraction peak value blood flow rate, average blood flow rate have obvious difference, a statistically significant (P<0.05), Pulsatility Index has extremely obvious difference (P<0.01), indicating that the treatment group than in control group effect, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group. Treatment group and control group of the blood flow parameters after treatment has been improved, but the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion:1. The treatment of electricai puncturing points on napex for cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery of clinical effect is better than pure C4-C6iole clamp ridge.2. Reviews of the item of acu-points treatment, can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms, physical signs integral, can significantly improve the hemodynamic of the blood flow parameters. better than pure C4-C6hole clamp ridge. .3. The treatment of electrical puncturing points on napex for cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery is a method of clinical exact curative effect.
