The Study On Professor Li Diangui’s Experience In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Based On Data Mining Method

Objective: The experience of Professor Li Diangui in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE)is explored and summarized based on the system of "Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary platform(V2.5)",so as to facilitate the inheritance and dissemination of the experience of famous doctors.Methods: To collect and sort the effective cases of RE diagnosed and treated by professor Li Diangui in the outpatient department of Hebei Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from January 2016 to December 2019,input the basic information and the first diagnosis prescription into the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,carry out data analysis,and excavate the prescription medication rules of Professor Li Diangui in the treatment of RE.Results:1.Basic situation: Among 296 patients,185 were male and 111 were female,with the age mainly between 50-70 years old;the main clinical symptoms were acid regurgitation,heartburn,belching and burning sensation after sternum;the tongue veins are mostly red tongue,yellow moss or yellow greasy moss,and stringy smooth veins;the most common type of TCM syndrome is turbid toxin implication,followed by liver and stomach stasis heat.2.Prescription analysis: A total of 160 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in 296 prescriptions collected,among which four qi herbs are more warm and cold,five flavors are more pungent and bitter,and the channel tropism is mainly stomach,spleen and liver;there are 42 kinds of herbs used more than 60 times,which are classified according to their efficacy,and 12 kinds of drugs were used in total;heat-clearing drugs,qi-regulating drugs,deficiency-tonifying drugs,dampness-transforming drugs and blood-activating and stasis removing drugs account for a large proportion;drug dosage point analysis is carried out for representative drugs in high-frequency drugs,such as 12 g for Rhizoma cyperi,9 g for Magnolia officinalis and 12 g for Rhizoma corydalis;in association rule analysis,support degree is set as 70%,confidence degree is 0.95,and 20 core drugs are obtained.3.New formula analysis: Through cluster analysis,set the correlation degree as 9,punishment degree as 5,and carry out correlation degree analysis.There are 30 groups of drug pairs with correlation coefficient greater than 0.03.Further,based on the clustering of unsupervised entropy level,10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions are obtained.Conclusion: Based on the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance,and mined the law of prescription medication,professor Li Diangui thinks that the disease takes Turbid Toxin as the core pathogenesis,the disease is located in the stomach,which is closely related to the liver and spleen.Turbid toxin is the common syndrome type.The key to treat RE lies in clearing away heat,removing Turbid Toxin,regulating qi mechanism,so as to restore the normal function of the spleen,stomach and liver.In the aspect of dispatching medicine,professor Li Diangui use both bitter and cold,moistening and dryness,combining deficiency with reality,making good use of spleen strengthening and dampness reducing drugs,skillfully using insect drugs and minerals,playing the function of resolving turbidity and detoxification,making medicine flexible and winning by surprise.
