Clinical Study Of Treating Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Type Of Cyclomastopathy By Guasha

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of guasha therapy for liver depression and qi stagnation type of cyclomastopathy,this paper discusses the definite curative effect of guasha on cyclomastopathy,and provides clinical evidence for the treatment of cyclomastopathy.Methods:Selecting randomly 60 patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type of mammary gland hyperplasia from the acupuncture clinic of foshan city Chinese medicine hospital and the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine.The 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by guasha while the control group was treated by taking the medicine rupixiao capsule.The total time of guasha is 45 minutes,one treatment per week,and three consecutive menstrual cycles.In the control group,the patient took the medicine rupixiao capsule,once 2 pills,3 times a day,and the treatment period was 3 menstrual cycles,the treatment cycle is 3 menstrual cycles.The evaluation of breast pain,breast lump(size,range,hardness)was observed before and after treatment,All patients were treated before and after treatment to record the symptoms and signs of the patients,then statistical analysis was performed.Results:In the treatment group and the control group,there was no obvious difference in pain,mass,age,etc.According to the score before and after treatment and the paired sample t test(P < 0.05),it was statistically significant that both groups had obvious therapeutic effects.In the treatment group and the control group,there was statistical significance in the improvement of pain.The independent sample t test(P > 0.05)indicating that there was no difference between the two groups in the treatment of hyperplasia pain.According to the independent sample t test(P < 0.05),the treatment group and the control group were better than the control group in improving the hardness,mass range and tumor size of the lump.Conclusion:Clinical studies have shown that guasha treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type cyclomastopathy has curative effect indeed,and the effect is better than rupixiao,especially in the treatment of lumps.It fully shows that guasha therapy is a kind of "green therapy" with simple operation,significant curative effect and small side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
