Clinical Study On Shugan Tiaoshen Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Coagulation Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

Objective:To observe and evaluate the main clinical symptoms of patients with Liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation of hyperplasia of mammary lands by Acupuncture therapy combined with Electro Acupuncture by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit. In order to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit combined with Electro Acupunctureon this disease.Methods:64 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group. The treatment group, treated by acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit combined with regular acupuncture therapy, found outBaihui(GV20), Sishencong(EX-HN1), Shenting(GV24),Benshen(GB13),YinTa ng(GV29),Neiguan(PC6),Taichong(LR3),RugenST18),Wuyi(ST15),Fenglong(ST40),Qime n(LR14). Conventional disinfection and acupuncture methods used in the treatment. Electroacupuncture Parameters:select the density wave, frequency of 10/50Hz, the strength of the current is 0.5-1.0mA, gradually increase until the patient tolerance.Needle retaining time and course of treatment:needle retaining time for 30 minutes, once a day, a week for 6 consecutive times,4 weeks for a course of treatment. After one course of treatment evaluation related indicators of efficacy.The control group to the regular acupuncture therapy, found Taichong(LR3), Rugen(ST18), Wuyi(ST15), Fenglong(ST40), Qimen(LR14). Electroacupuncture Parame ters, needle retention time and treatment is the same with the treatment group.Through the main clinical symptoms before and after treatment, the curative effects were observed. Finally, we dealt with the data by SPSS 17.0 and drew the conclusion.Results:1.After a course of treatment,according to self-comparison of two groups in the scores of main clinical symptoms.Two therapies both had significant difference(P<0.05). Further, according to compassion among groups, two groups had significant difference(.P<0.05).2. Treatment group and control group total effective rate were 93% and 81% respectively. After statistics analysis, the tip in the two groups had significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit combined with regular acupuncture therapy and regular acupuncture therapy maybe were both effective methods to treat the patients with Liver stagnation and phlegm of hyper-plasia of mammary glands. The former maybe was superior to the latter.
