| Objective:To study the comparison between thumbtack intradermal press needle and electroa cupuncture treatment on the clinical efficacy of breast hyperplasia of liver depression, discuss the effects of the two different acupuncture treatment,as well as their strength s and weaknesses.MethodsPatients with breast hyperplasia of stagnation of liver-qi and stagnation of Liver-qi were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups according to the pati ents’wishes:thumbtack intradermal press needle group and electroacupuncture group.A cupoints selected for two groups are the same:bilateral chest Jiaji(T3,T4,T5),Siguan(bilateral LI4 and LR3).The patients in the thumbtack intradermal press needle group were asked to remove it 48 hours later;the patients in the electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture treatment with dense waveform, and connected with a g roup of electrodes on the T3 and T5 Jiaji points on both sides of the spine. The need les are slightly beating and patients tolerated its intensity for 20 minutes each time;th e two groups were treated twice a week, one menstrual cycle was a course of treatme nt,and the menstrual period was discontinued.Continued treatment for 2 courses. The symptoms and signs of the patients were scored before treatment, after one menstrual cycle and after two menstrual cycles, including breast pain, mass size, mass texture, mass distribution, stagnation of Liver-qi syndrome.EpiData 3.1 software is used for d ata management. The test data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.P<0.05,the dif ference is statistically significantResults:A total of 54 patients were enrolled in this study,28 in thumbtack intradermal pr ess needle group and 26 in electroacupuncture group. In the course of this experiment,2 patients in the thumbtack intradermal press needle group fell off,and 3 patients in the electroacupuncture group fell off.A total of 49 patients completed the treatment a nd were included in the statistical analysis. The scores of breast pain, liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome of the two groups after one menstrual cycle and two men strual cycles were all lower than those before treatment, and the scores of mass distri bution after two menstrual cycles were lower than those before treatment. The differen ce was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups, there was n o significant difference in the improvement of breast pain, depression, irritability, chest tightness, mouth bitterness, swelling pain of the ribs and flanks, good breath, belchin g,abdominal distension and less abdominal distension(P>0.05).The improvement o f,mass texture, dysmenorrhea symptoms and insomnia in the electroacupuncture group was better than that in the thumbtack intradermal press needle group, with statistical s ignificance(P<0.05).The score of mass size also decreased compared with that bef ore treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in total effective rate between the two groups. In the thumbta ck intradermal press needle group,1 case was markedly ineffective,24 cases were eff ective,1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.15%.In the electroa cupuncture group,8 cases were ineffective,22 cases were effective,1 case was ineffe ctive, and the total effective rate was 95.65%.There were no adverse events and cure d cases in both groupsConclusions:Thumbtack intradermal press needle and electroacupuncture are both effective methods for the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia with stagnation of liver-qi,which is worthy of further clinical popularized and application. The effect of electro-acupuncture on improving breast mass texture, dysmenorrhea and insomnia is better than that of th umbtack intradermal press needle, and its mechanism needs further study. |
