Objective: Explore the effects of and the mechanism of action of dredging collaterals scrapping method to prevent liver stagnation blood stasis mammary gland hyperplasia of blood viscosity and angiogenesis. Methods: The number of 40 clean healthy female SD rats, were randomly divided into blank group, model group, prevention group 1 and prevention group 2. Except the blank group, other groups’ rats enterocoelia is injected estradiol benzoate, every other day, a total of 10 times(20d), then injected progesterone, continuously 5d; and in the first big modeling wearing a neck flail mouse, making hyperplasia liver stagnation and blood stasis disease models(modeling totally 55d). Each prevention group adopt dredging collaterals scrapping treatment 30 d. Observe the molding before and after and animal behavior change; changes in breast size; hemorheology and breast tissue vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF) expression and observe the breast pathological changes. Results: Model group compared with the blank group, rats nipple diameter and height changes, changes in blood rheology of rats and rat mammary tissue VEGF, b FGF, their expression were statistically significant(P <0.05). In model group, the rats breast tissue is visible for cell size, shape and orientation in different directions, cell boundary is unclear; breast ductal, lobular units increases, gland bubble expansion differently in degree, leaf is more, gland bubble shape is irregular, thus it can be seen that apocrine sweat gland metaplasia, calcification, mucus. Compared with model group, the rats nipple diameter obviously reduces, the height is obviously lowered, each indicator of hemorheology is also apparently lowered, and the expression of VEGF and b FGF in mammary tissue is also apparently lowered, the diffence has statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with each prevention group, plasma viscosity and the VEGF in mammary tissue in prevention group 2 is apparently higher than prevention group 1. The difference has statistical significance. Conclusion: In rats "disease" hyperplasia stage using collaterals scraping method intervene to reducing rat blood viscosity,keeping stable for mammary blood vessels and breast tissue morphology, suggesting that this method has a positive role in the prevention of breast hyperplasia, thus can reduce the morbidity of hyperplasia of mammary glands and stop them from developing further, this expand the ideas and methods for hyperplasia of mammary glands.
