System reform at present,along with our country's medical and health care industry internal competition is more and more intense,in this situation,the hospitals should not only fulfill their medical responsibility and obligation,but also efforts to maximize the economic benefits of the hospital,can adapt to the nation and the social demand for the reform of medical system.As a national public hospitals,first of all should start from the hospital internal management,strengthening the hospital sustainable development ability,and personnel as the backbone of the hospital management and development,the core of all management cannot leave the hospital staff's management,and salary management is the key to all management and because only scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,to better attract and retain talent.This paper aims to mound mining group general hospital compensation management of empirical research,based on the different dimensions of pay satisfaction influencing factors of quantitative analysis,from the analysis of demographic variables hospital staff to pay satisfaction level,on the impact of the hospital salary management,at last,it proposes the corresponding perfect,to promote the rationality of the mound mining group general hospital compensation management development.First choose the vane of compensation management,salary satisfaction as a breakthrough point,makes an empirical analysis from five dimensions,combining research field mound mining group general hospital,statistical analysis of survey data,using the structure model on the agenda on the five dimensions of pay satisfaction factor to validate,summed up the mound mining group general hospital,the current problems existing in the salary management,finally puts forward the improvement of the targeted Suggestions,aimed at establishing compensation management scheme for hospital management decisions provide certain reference.
