| Objective:Under the instruction of Prof.Qi Wanli,through the clinical observation of modified Yiyi Huayu Tang treatment of knee arthroscopy early swelling after knee arthroscopic surgeryobserve,and compare the changes before and after the treatment process,collect and summarize the clinical symptoms and related physical data,scientific Statistical analysis,comprehensive analysis of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early postoperative swelling of the knee arthroscope,and discuss its clinical practical value.Methods: A total of 72 patients with post-operative knee swelling underwent knee arthroscopy in the A-treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Jilin Provincial Hospital)were randomly divided into two groups,each with 36 cases.No obviously diversity exists in this academic analysis.The treatment group: to add modified Yiyi Huayu Tang(Nong Benfang granules),Directions: warm water blunt 200 ml,one dose per day,divided into morning and evening two times a half hours after meals and drink warmly,keep 7days after surgery.Control group: SETUS-M(melilotus extract tablets),[Seiko Eiyo Yakuhin Co.,LTD(Japan),Osaka,Japan,Akira Honor Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.],according to instructions: 3 times a day,4 tablets each time,and follow for 7 days.Each tablet contains 400 mg rhizome beech extract 25 mg.Both groups take 7 days as a course of treatment,and treat for one course of treatment.During the experimental observation period,in both groups of patients,in addition to standardized antibiotics,the two groups of patients were given the same conventional treatment within 7 days after knee arthroscopic surgery,such as 24 hours cold ice pack after routine limb immobilization;severe braking of the affected limbs,the elevation of 20 °-30 °,making it slightly higher than the heart position;necessary symptomatic and analgesic treatment;and nutritional support therapy.The pain,swelling,and joint function and activity of the affected side of the treatment group and the control group were recorded,and the improvement of the function and symptoms of the patient after the medication was evaluated to evaluate the efficacy of the medication.Results: There was no significant difference in sex data between the treatment group and the control group(p>0.05),which was comparable.No significant difference statistically exists in age between the two groups(p>0.05)and they were comparable.The duration of disease between the two groups has no statistically significant difference(p>0.05)and they could been compared.The VAS scores on the3 rd and 7th days of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the Lysholm score was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the peripheral length of the knee joint between the two groups(p>0.05);The degree of swelling of the affected knee on the 3rd and7 th day of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Through analysis and comparison of clinical data,modified Yiyi Huayu Tang is safe and effective in the treatment of early joint swelling symptom after arthroscopic knee arthroscopy.It's worth promoting in clinical application. |
