Objective:By choosing the meniscus injury underwent surgical treatment of patients with postoperative swelling in the knee arthroscopy. which conform to syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness.with a oral traditional Chinese medicine modified Wulingsan on treatment as treatment group, with Sodium Aescinate for Injection treatment as comparative group, before and after the treatment, statistics and analysis the Knee circumference, VAS score, WBC,NE%, ROM, ESR and CRP changes, for the meniscus lesions underwent surgical treatment of postoperative swelling in the knee arthroscopy in clinical treatment and accumulative research experience, provide ideas for clinical treatment. Methods:The research involved outpatients from Quanzhou Orthopedics-Traumatology Hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medicine University during January to December 2015. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria of medical cases, choose 80 cases of arthroscopic meniscal injury postoperative swelling in the knee joint, and included in the standard of patients. Using simple random method will be the average value of the patients were divided into 2 groups:treatment group 40 cases, using traditional Chinese medicine modified Wulingsan on oral+conventional treatment (knee local ice compress+limb elastic bandage compression bandage) treatment of postoperative swelling in the knee joint meniscus injury arthroscope; The comparative group,40 cases with Sodium Aescinate for Injection+ conventional treatment of arthroscopy postoperative swelling in the knee joint meniscus injuries, with postoperative 1,3,7,14 days, respectively statistics the knee joint of diameter、 VAS score and blood picture, joint mobility, blood sedimentation. CRP changes.with postoperative 7 days, according to 《traumatology disease diagnosis curative standard》in curative effect evaluation, observe whether 14 days after knee joint swelling is recurrence. And the safety was recorded and analyzed during the treatment. The data were analyzed in the method of SPSS 20.0 statistical software, setting P<0.05 considered statistically significant.Results:1.There was striking differences (P<0.05) of between the treatment group and comparative group in the Knee circumference, VAS score(activity pain, rest pain), WBC,NE%, ROM changes before and after treatment. For ESR and CRP respectively after 1-2D,4-6D reached the peak, measured before and after treatment comparison showed no significant difference.2.There was no striking differences (P>0.05) in the Knee circumference, VAS score, WBC,NE%, ROM, ESR and CRP changes in the two groups before and after drug intervention.3.No adverse events happened during the treatment in the treatment groups, but after intravenous drip aescine sodium, there was 2 patients puncture vascular redness, swelling, pain, touch when blood vessels as hard as a rope, inelastic, diagnosis of phlebitis.and the incidence of adverse events was 5.00% in the comparative group.Conclusion:1.Both the treatment group and comparative group effectively reduce the postoperative knee arthroscopic meniscal injury weeks diameter, reducing pain VAS score,, increasing ROM, WBC and NE% proving that the two kinds of treatments are efficient in Reducing the level of arthroscopic meniscal injury postoperative swelling in the knee arthroscopy surgery in patients with early the knee joint activity. However, there was no significant difference between the two treatments in efficacy.2.There was no striking adverse interaction of the treatment group in the cases, there are 2 cases related to drug adverse reactions of the comparative group. therefore treatment group was an safety and efficiency treatment for which conform to syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness arthroscopic meniscal injury postoperative swelling in the joints, which was worthwhile to put into practice in clinic.
