| Objective: Through the studies of preparation process,quality standards and stability observation of “Yiyi Huayu Decoction”,to reveal the relationship between the pathogenesis of knee joint traumatic synovitis and inflammatory cytokines,to observe the intervention mechanism of Yiyi Huayu Decoction on traumatic synovitis of knee joint at the same time;and to lay the foundation of pharmacology and pharmacodynamics for the development the new drug of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of traumatic synovitis.Using the traditional theory of TCM characteristic,combining the knowledge of modern science and technology,to research and develop the new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine,which can achieve satisfactory curative effect in clinic,reduce the pain of patients,and achieve good social and economic benefits.Methods: The traumatic synovitis of knee joint model rabbits were randomly divided into model group,treatment group and TCM group,and were given the treatment of saline solution and Yiyi Huayu decoction respectively,after 10 days of treatment,IL-1?,IL-6 inflammatory cytokines were detected and the expression of inflammatory cytokines in the knee was observed.Results: Compared with the control group,the expression of IL-1? and IL-6 in synovial fluid and the knee joint circumference of model group and TCM group were significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.01);There was no significant difference between model group and TCM group(P>0.05);Compared with the model group,the expression of IL-1? and IL-6 in the synovial fluid of TCM group were significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Through the analysis of these data,we could clear the prescription had a significant intervention effect for IL-1 and IL-6 factors in synovial fluid and had an obvious therapeutic effect on rabbit joint traumatic synovitis,and provided the solid experimental basis and theoretical basis for the more widely used in clinic of professor Liu Bailing self-made Yiyi Huayu Decoction. |
