Observation On Clinical Curative Effect Of ACL In The Early Swelling Of Knee Arthroscopy After The Reconstruction Of Arthroscopy

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Huoxue Lishui method in the treatment of early joint cavity swelling after arthroscopic ACL reconstruction.Methods: the patients of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)fracture in the orthopedics department of Kunming Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Kunming,January 2017,were collected,and the patients were successfully reconstructed under the arthroscope.The patients who found the obvious swelling of the joint cavity after the operation were included in this study.45 cases were collected after the diagnosis,inclusion and discharge standard screening.They were randomly divided into two groups,of which 22 cases in the observation group and 23 cases in the control group.In the course of observation,the data were incomplete and the patients were not willing to cooperate with the oral Chinese medicine.After screening,a total of 40 clinical cases were finally total.The two groups were treated with the same routine treatment,of which 20 cases in the control group and first days after the operation guide their rehabilitation training;20 cases in the observation group were combined with oral Radix Angelicae Radix Paeoniae Decoction on the basis of the control group;all the cases conforming to the inclusion criteria were observed for 2 weeks according to the design requirements,and the two groups were observed and recorded after the operation.First days(before treatment),fifth days,tenth days,fourteenth days(after treatment)with the swelling of the knee,HSS score,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of blood flow therapy in the early stage of joint cavity swelling after ACI reconstruction under knee arthroscopy.Results: 1.there was no significant difference in gender,age,healthy side circumference,injury side and type of injury between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline condition between groups was the same.2.swelling value: group comparison: treatment of 5,10,14 days after the pairedsample t test before and after treatment were compared in two cases the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups: observation group and control group in the treatment of fifth,tenth,with independent sample t test,two groups of patients were significant the difference(P<0.05),14 days(after)no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of swelling effect: the total efficiency of 90% in observation group,the control group total effective rate was 60%,rank sum test and analysis of two groups after treatment(z=-2.214,P=0.027<0.05),indicating that the two groups were different.4.HSS pain score: group comparison: treatment of 5,10,14 days later,after the comparison of paired sample t test before and after treatment the 2 groups had significant difference statistical significance(P<0.01);group comparison: after 5 days of treatment,with independent sample t test,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).10 days,14 days,two groups were significantly different(P<0.01).5.HSS activity score: group comparison: treatment of 5,10,14 days after the paired sample t test before and after treatment were compared in two cases the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01);group comparison: after 5 days of treatment,with independent sample t test,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).10 days,14 days,two groups were significantly different(P<0.01).6.HSS score: group comparison: after 5 days of treatment,group had no significant difference(P>0.05),10,14 days after the paired sample t test before and after treatment were compared in two cases the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups by independent sample t test,two cases of no there is significant difference between P>0.05).7.HSS score: treatment group comparison: 5,10,14 days after the paired samples t test,and comparison of two cases before treatment were significantly statistical significance(P<0.01);group comparison: two groups of disease 5 days,10 days,14 days,two groups were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusions: Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction,Huoxue Lishui joint functional rehabilitation exercise can accelerate the knee joint swelling degree,alleviate postoperative pain and increase the activity degree and improve the knee joint knee joint function,convenient operation,curative effect,play the advantages of Chinese and Western medicine treatment,worthy of promotion.
