Objctive:To investigate the joint Ziyin Huoxue Decoction and conventional western medicine treatment of diabetes.By comparing the efficacy of conventional therapy with Western medicine.and provide a better therapeuticstrategies for the treatment of diabetic.control the illness,decrease complications and improve patients' quality of life.Methods:The clinicaldata of 133 diabetic with yin deficiency and blood stagnati analyze.the joint Ziyin Huoxue Decoction and conventional western medicine treatment as treatment group and Western conventional treatment as matched group.observed the clinical efficacy for 1 month weeks later.Just like BMI?FPG?2hPG?HbA1C?TC?TG?LDL?HDL?FINS?2hINS?FCP?2h CP?ALT?AST?mAlb and clinical symptoms points.Results:(1)The treatment groups is better in improving the clinical symptoms and reduce the points(P<0.05)(2)At treatment group,FPG,2hPG and HbAlC cut down(P<0.05).Simultaneously,in the matched group,FPG,2hPG declined(P<0.05).Paralleled with the matched group,treatment group's FB G,2hPG and HbA1C reduced(P<0.05).And there has no patency changes in the incidence of overall BMI(P>0.05)(3)At treatment group,FCP,2hCP,FINS and 2hINS increased(P<0.05).However,There was no obvious change in the above indicators in matched group.In addition,paralleled with the matched group,FINS and 2hINS in treatment group aggrandized more distinctness(P<0.05)(4)In the treatment group,TC?TG and LDL dropped(P<0.05).Moreover,it's TC?TG reduced,contrasted with the matched group(P<0.05).There is not distinct transform in matched group.And there was no difference in both of HDL(P>0.05)(5)after treatment,ALT?AST?mAlb were no transforms both two groups(P>0.05),and there breakthrough no increase in reactive hypoglycemia.Conclusions:Ziyin Huoxue Decoction combined with westernmedicine treatment can significantly improved patients' clinical symptoms,decrease blood glucose and HbA1c levels,and accommodate lipid.There were found no liver and kidney damnify,while having a high clinical application value.Clinical practice relative security.
