Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Pulmonary Fibrosis (deficiency Syndrome) With Ziyin Qingre Huayu Method

Purpose:Through the observation of nourishing yin clearing heat and resolving phlegm on pulmonary fibrosis(deficiency heat syndrome)the main symptoms(shortness of breath,cough,chest pain),secondary symptoms(cough,dry mouth and throat),pulmonary function,pulmonary HRCT,oxygen saturation,quality of life questionnaire score,curative effect,to explore the nourishing yin clearing heat phlegm in the treatment of lung fibrosis(deficiency heat syndrome)clinical curative effect.Material and method:Select 70 cases of Western medicine diagnosed as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and secondary fibrosis,TCM syndrome is deficiency heat syndrome.The patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine scheme given prednisone;the treatment group was treated with "Baojin tang" orally on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The scores of symptom score,pulmonary function,blood oxygen saturation,chest HRCT,quality of life score and comprehensive curative effect were recorded before and after treatment in 2 groups.SPSS 22 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.TCM symptom score aspect:(1)The main symptoms: 1.Two groups of treatment plan in the shortness of breath,expectoration,chest pain points,after treatment points are better than the same group before treatment points,and significant difference.2.Comparing the treatment of shortness of breath,expectoration,chest pain score,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is significant.(2)Secondary symptoms: 1.In the aspect of cough score,the scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those in the same group before treatment,and the difference was significant.After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is significant.2.In dry mouth and throat integral,after treatment,the scores in treatment group were better than before treatment,the difference was significant.After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is significant.(3)The total score of symptoms: 1.The total scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those in the same group before treatment,and the difference was significant.2.After treatment,the total score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant.2.Western medicine curative effect index aspect:(1)Quality of life score: 1.The scores of the two groups of treatment were better than those of the same group before in terms of symptom,activity restriction and psychological condition,and the difference was significant 2.After treatment the activity restriction and the psychological condition of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the difference was significant.(2)Pulmonary function(TLC): there was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment.(3)In the aspect of blood oxygen saturation,the treatment group was better than before treatment,the difference was significant.(4)In chest HRCT: there was no significant difference in chest HRCT between the two groups after treatment.(5)Comprehensive curative effect evaluation: the total effective rate of the control group was51.61%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.13%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion:1.Nourishing yin,clearing heat and resolving phlegm in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis(deficiency heat syndrome)clinical curative effect is remarkable.2.Nourishing yin,clearing heat and resolving phlegm method in improving pulmonary fibrosis(deficiency heat syndrome)clinical symptoms(shortness of breath,chest pain,cough,expectoration,dry mouth and throat),quality of life and the total effective rate was better than the western medicine group.
