A Retrospective Study On The Treatment Of Exudative Age Related Macular Degeneration Based On The Theory Of "Tonifying After Dredging Stasis"

Purpose: Through a retrospective clinical research department in five years,using the theory of "enlightened after appropriate repair treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration(age related macular degeneration,ARMD)patients,and concluded that" channel fill after appropriate theory "in the treatment of patients with exudative age-related macular degeneration of efficient,to provide new theoretical basis of TCM clinical treatment of exudative ARMD,provide new treatments for the treatment of the disease.Method: Retrospective clinical study: collect 2013.1 2018.1 changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of ophthalmic,according to the diagnostic standard between Chinese and western medicine and cure the patients diagnosed with exudative ARMD clinic,analyze the syndrome types in patients with higher incidence of analysis in the theory of channel fill after appropriate theory under the guidance of the drug,and it is concluded that the treatment of the disease effectivelyResult:(1)statistics of the 226 patients,four types of syndrome types,the incidence of kidney both deficiency type is highest,statistical analysis showed that proportion of each syndrome type in the order: kidney both deficiency type was 46.90%,the phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction was 26.55%,the wet type trapped pixu(spleen deficient)was 17.26%,Yin 86.27%,and the effective rate was 80.77%.Among the four syndromes of the disease,the effect of this method on spleen deficiency dampness is more obvious than that of the other three groups.(4)in
