Retrospective Analysis Of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Membranous Nephropathy Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Based On A Real-world Retrospective Analysis

Purpose:Fllowed on the real world retrospective analysis and study of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)patients in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(Bu yang Huan wu decoction),Western medicine treatment(glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide),combined Chinese and Western medicine(Bu yang huan wu decoction and glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide)clinical curative effect and its effect on coagulation indexes.Material and method:Fllowed on the real world were retrospectively analyzed from September 2018 to October 2020 in our hospital patients treated with IMN,based on the true wishes and condition of random selection of treatment,patients with voluntary use of traditional Chinese medicine therapy(Bu yang huan wu decoction),western medicine therapy(glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide),combined Chinese and western medicine scheme(Bu yang huan wu decoction and glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide),in the selection of these patients included in the standard IMN patients in 102 cases.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and comparison of 24-UTP,ALB,CHOL,TG and blood coagulation indexes(including PT,TT,FIB and D-DI)around 3 months in the three groups,to compare the clinical efficacy of different regimens in the three groups.Result:1.The scores of the three groups of TCM symptoms were improved after treatment,and the scores of the TCM group and the combined TCM and western medicine group were better than that of the western medicine group,with significant difference.2.In terms of 24-UTPand ALB,the three groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the indexes of the western medicine group and the combined Chinese and western medicine group were better than that of the TCM group,with significant differences.In terms of CHOL and TG,the three groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the indicators of TCM group and combined TCM and Western medicine group were better than that of western medicine group,with significant difference.3.In terms of blood coagulation indexes,TT,PT and D-DI were all more effective in the three groups after treatment than before treatment,and the results of the combined TCM and Western medicine group were better than those of the TCM and Western medicine group,with significant differences.After FIB treatment,the three groups were all effective before treatment,and the results of the TCM group and the combined TCM and Western medicine group were better than the western medicine group,with significant differences.4.The effective rate of the three groups was 62.5%,63.6% and 89.2% respectively in the TCM group,Western medicine group and combined Chinese and Western medicine group.The effective rates of TCM group,Western medicine group and combined Chinese and Western medicine group were 65.6%,66.7% and 94.6% respectively.In terms of efficiency,the combined Chinese and western medicine group was superior to the other two groups.Conclusion:Based on the real world retrospective study,the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for idiopathic membranous nephropathy has significant curative effect and more positive significance for the condition.Meanwhile,the Bu yang Huan wu Decoction has a positive effect on the treatment of coagulation indicators.
