The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Machan Sier Tang In The Diabetic Skin Pruritus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of fire needle therapy and common acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,scientific objective to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fire needle therapy for knee osteoarthritis,and to clarify the advantages of fire needle therapy in treatment,and to provide efficient and simple treatment for clinical application.Method: 60 cases of Rehabilitation Department and Acupuncture inpatients in TCM hospital of Xinzhou city will be selected.According to the random number table,Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the treatment group.With fire needle therapy,Selection of acupoints selection at present clinical use frequency high and effective Liang Qiu,heding,dubi,neixiyan,Yangliquan,Zusanli,ASHI points,Twice a week,1 week for a course of treatment,treatment 4 courses.30 cases in the control group,using general acupuncture method,point selection refers to the acupuncture treatment point by Wang paotui,Knee eye,Liang Qiu,GB 34,xiyangguan.Bi and give,blood circulation and blood,according to the " treatment of the wind to cure blood,blood stasis and blood stasis " righteousness;Arthralgia aggravated by cold,Shen shu,Guan yuan,dispelling cold go out;fixed arthralgia by add yin ling quan,zusanli Jianpi dehumidification;Heat bi,dazhui,quchi,Qingxie toxic heat;treatment 6 times a week,rest for 1 day,1 week for a course of treatment.After continuous treatment for 4 courses,observe the patients in two groups before and after treatment(VAS),osteoarthritis index score(WOMAC).Result:1.Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease,visual analogue scale(VAS)and osteoarthritis index score(WOMAC)were compared between two groups,there is no statistical significance.(P>0.05)2.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).3.The clinical total effect of two groups.The treatment of 8 cases of group? 13 cases of Excellent?effective 6 cases?invalid 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.1%.Three cases of recovery in control group?10 cases of Excellent?effective 10 cases?invalid2 cases?the total effective rate was 82.1%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),It shows that both methods have good clinical effect in the treatment of KOA.4.Safety evaluation: All patients did not have Needlesickness,infection,hemorrhage,hematoma,etc.,during the study,stable life signs(body temperature,blood pressure,heart rate,pulse)during and after treatment,It shows that fire needle is safe and reliable in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Conclusion:1.Fire needle therapy and general acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,All have obvious curative effect.2.Fire needle therapy in relieving pain of the knee joint,the improvement of joint function was superior to ordinary acupuncture.3.Fire needle therapy is safe and reliable in the treatment of KOA.
