Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture on patients with lumbar disc herniation and clinical efficacy. Take electric acupoint and simple acupuncture interventions, asked by low back pain function score "McGill pain scale, evaluation observation of electro-acupuncture with simple hand twist for the analgesic effect of lumbar disc herniation; Second, through the score, the analysis of the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and simple hand twist the needle for lumbar disc herniation Are there any differences to explore beneficial treatment for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and provide meaningful clinical basis. Methods:In this study, patients with lumbar disc herniation as the research object, a total of48cases were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group of25patients with simple acupuncture group of23cases. Select the same two sets of points ipsilateral Huatuojiaji, shenshu and Huantiao. EA group selection ipsilateral lumbar Huatuojiaji, shenshu and Huantiao give EA intervention, the use of medical equipment Komatsu Nanjing Institute XS-998B optical treatment, density waves, the intensity of patient tolerance for the degree, EA30min. Simple acupuncture group after the gas needle30min,10min intervals during the trip pin1. Each course of treatment. Function assessment in low back pain, simplified McGill Pain Scale asked, straight leg raising test and clinical efficacy criteria such as the observed indicators, the results were before and after each treatment and analysis of the contrast between the two groups. Results:After treatment a course of treatment:①electro-acupuncture group and acupuncture group before and after treatment of low back pain functional scores were statistically significant (P<0.05);②two PRI, VAS score before and after treatment were statistically different (P<0.05);③straight leg raising test before and after treatment were statistically different (P<0.05);④EA group after treatment of low back pain and function scores compared acupuncture group were significantly different (P<0.05);⑤straight leg raising test after treatment between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05);⑥clinical efficacy of the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and simple acupuncture two kinds of interventions can effectively reduce pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation clinical symptoms; functional assessment in low back pain and straight leg raising test other than simply two aspects of electro-acupuncture acupuncture treatment has a significant effect superiority...
