Purpose : Through observing the clinical patients and summarizing the treatment experience of the patients with intestinal obstruction,we use the method of acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture to treat partial adhesive intestinal obstruction, observe its curative effect, collect and analyze the clinical data, discuss and study the analysis results, hoping to provide reliable data reference for clinical treatment of related diseases.Material and method: This study selected 60 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction from January 2017 to December 2018 in General Surgery Department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). There was no significant difference in age,sex and symptom score before treatment between the two groups, which was comparable.Method of treatment: The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, including dietary water, gastrointestinal decompression, acid suppression, antibiotics and parenteral nutrition. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The acupoints were as follows: bilateral Zusanli, bilateral Shangjuxu, bilateral Xiajuxu, bilateral Tianshu, bilateral Neiguan,Zhongwan,Guanyuan and Qihai;among them, bilateral Zusanli, bilateral Shangjuxu and bilateral Tianshu were treated with electro-acupuncture,while the other acupoints were treated with ordinary acupuncture, using the method of reinforcing and reducing the needle, retaining 30 points.Minute hand.A week is a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the patient's condition was observed. Those who did not reach a course of treatment stopped treatment, and those who did not recover after a course of treatment continued treatment. After treatment, the improvement of symptoms, signs, transfer operation rate,X-ray examination, clinical efficacy and length of hospital stay were observed respectively. The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS20.0 software. Results: In the treatment group, there were 30 cases,6 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.7%.In the control group, there were 30 cases,2 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.7%.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the symptoms, signs and length of hospitalization of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;there was no significant difference in the conversion rate of operation(P > 0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of Western medicine treatment, common acupuncture combined with lectro-acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of partial adhesive intestinal obstruction. It can obviously shorten the time of first exhaust and defecation, effectively reduce the length of hospitalization, and the method is safe and reliable.
