| Objective Disease of mammary gland hyperplasia is a kind of frequently-occurring disease.And atypical hyperplasia is regarded as an important pathologic change,which can develop carcinoma in situ under given conditions.Prevent disease form changing which is considered as the main idea of traditional Chinese medicine,and acupuncture could effectively relieve the disorder of internal secretion that had been confirmed in the clinical research.In this study,to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture for mammary gland hyperplasia,by the comparison of conventional drugs,though the index such as the pain,the scores of the breast masses,and the scores of clinical symptoms,to select the optional TCM syndromes.Methods There were 70 cases of qualified mammary gland hyperplasia patients in the study,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group treated with proprietary Chinese medicine which named Jieli Sanjie tablets,four tablets,tid.The patients in this group took this tablets for five consecutive days,then took a rest for two days.one course of treatment consists of four weeks.the observation group treated with Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture,every day took one time acupuncture which last for 30 mins,then took a rest for two days.one course of treatment consists of four weeks.after 4 courses of treatment,compared the size of the tumor and the scores of the clinical symptoms between the two group.And their therapeutic effects were observed with the different TCM syndrome types..Results In this study,the average age of the patient is around 35 years old,and with a majority of the married women,which indicated that the married women was the high risk population.According to the college degree,high educated women increased the morbidity.Which revealed the college educated women faced with larger pressure.According to the syndrome differentiation,the liver stagnation type occupied the highest proportion.Analisis the baseline,the comparison of the two group in age,course,college degree,as well as marital status was statistically indistinguishable(P>0.05).1.before the clinical treatment,the scores of the level of breast pain had no significant difference(P>0.05),after 4 course of treatment,the scores were decreased(P<0.01).and the group which treated with Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture had lower scores,it suggested that this method can alleviate the level of the breast pain.2.before the clinical treatment,the scores of the lump had no significant difference(P>0.05),after 4 course of treatment,the scores were decreased(P<0.01).but the scores of the two grpup had no statistical different(P>0.05).the data results could not prove the superiority clinical effect of the Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture method.3.There was no significant different in the scores of associated symptoms before the treatment(P>0.05),after 4 course of different treatment,accroding to the scores,both group decreased,the group which used Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture method had the lower scores(P<0.01).4 After 4 course of treatment,the index of the clinical effect was collected.the curative rate of the control group was 79.42%,the curative rate of the observer group was 84.54%,the date with significant different(P<0.05).and the Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture method was better suitable for the type of liver depression symptom and the type of disproportion of Chong and Ren meridian.Conclusion In this clinical research,the method that Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture was used for mammary gland hyperplasia patients,Wai-san cong and Wai-san guan acupoints based on the theory which named Qi Jie and Jie Bu.These acupoints had the function to adjusted the QI of foot Shaoyang meridian and Yangming meridian.At the same time the regulation of the points to their related Zang-Fu had a certain relative specificity.it suggested that this method can alleviate the level of the breast pain,effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and was better suitable for the type of liver depression symptom and the type of disproportion of Chong and Ren meridian.This treatment had mangy advantages,such as using less points,easy to operate,and provide basis the prevention and control programs for the mammary gland hyperplasia patients... |
