| ObjectiveDisease of mammary gland hyperplasia is a kind of frequently-occurring disease.And atypical hyperplasia is regarded as an important pathologic change,which can develop carcinoma in situ under given conditions.And mammary gland hyperplasia is a major risk factor for cancer in the opinion of modern medicine.Prevent disease form changing which is considered as the main idea of traditional Chinese medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine hold the concept that prevention is better than cure.So,treat mammary gland hyperplasia early,which is not only for treating the disease but also for the treating before illness.and acupuncture could effectively relieve the disorder of internal secretion,the gonad axises,as well as the immune function.This had been confirmed in the clinical research.In this study,researchers regards the mammary gland hyperplasia patients as the research object,and took the Dongs unique extra-ordinary point Wai-san cong and Wai-san guan as the vital acupoints.With the comparison of common tablets which named Ru-He San Jie tablets,by the comparison of before and after treatment,though the index such as the pain,the scores of the breast masses,and the scores of clinical symptoms,to select the optional TCM syndromes.to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture for mammary gland hyperplasia.Though the different efficacy of different syndromes,to investigate the fitting syndrome be used with Dongs unique extra-ordinary point.Through strict foresighted random control experiment,to scientific confirm and systemic evaluate the validityand security of Dongs unique extra-ordinary acupuncture.MethodsIn this study,there were 70 cases of qualified mammary gland hyperplasia patients,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group treated with proprietary Chinese medicine which named Jieli Sanjie tablets which produced by Guang zhou Bai-Yun-San pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.four tablets,tid.The patients in this group took this tablets for five consecutive days,then took a rest for two days.one course of treatment consists of four weeks.,taken no tablets during the predictable periods.the observation group treated with Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture,according to the constitution of the patient,the operator inserted the needle perpendicularly and quickly,1cunto 1.5cun in depth.After the arrive of the Qi,the needle was retained for 30 mintues.after the withdrawal of the needle,the pinhole was pressed with sterilized and dry cotton ball for 1 min.every day took one time acupuncture which last for30 mins,then took a rest for two days.one course of treatment consists of four weeks.after 4 courses of treatment,compared the size of the tumor and the scores of the clinical symptoms between the two group.And their therapeutic effects were observed with the different TCM syndrome types.through the comparison of the different clinical efficacy to establish the optimization program,though the comparison of the different clinical efficacy with different different syndromes,to establish the fitting syndrome for Dongs unique extra-ordinary point.Results In this study,according to the baseline information,the average age of the patient is around 35 years old,and with a majority of the married women,which indicated that the married women was the high risk population.According to the college degree,high educated women increased the morbidity.Which revealed the college educated women faced with larger pressure.According to the syndrome differentiation,the liver stagnation type occupied the highest proportion.Analisis the baseline,the comparison of the two group in age,course,college degree,as well as marital status was statistically indistinguishable(P>0.05).in the study,there was 3 shedding patients.One patient in observation group who was not able to finish the observation period cause of busy works.One patient who had no significantchange of symptoms after two courses in control group toke the other tablets.The other patients completed the clinical observation.1.before the clinical treatment,the scores of the level of breast pain had no significant difference(P>0.05),after 4 course of treatment,the scores were decreased(P<0.01).and the group which treated with Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture had lower scores,it suggested that this method can alleviate the level of the breast pain.According to the baseline information,the liver stagnation type occupied the highest proportion.The Dongs unique extra-ordinary point distributed throughout the region of foot Shao-yang gallbladder meridians,and the acupoints could relieving Qi Stagnancy in liver.Shile with the first-pass effect of Jieli Sanjie tablets.The finally plasma concentration which directy affected the breast tissue was a small amount.2.before the clinical treatment,the scores of the lump had no significant difference(P>0.05),after 4 course of treatment,the scores were decreased(P<0.01).but the scores of the two grpup had no statistical different(P>0.05).the data results could not prove the superiority clinical effect of the Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture method.3.There was no significant different in the scores of associated symptoms before the treatment(P>0.05),after 4 course of different treatment,accroding to the scores,both group decreased,the group which used Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture method had the lower scores(P<0.01).4 After 4 course of treatment,the index of the clinical effect was collected.the curative rate of the control group was 79.42%,the curative rate of the observer group was 84.54%,the date with significant different(P<0.05).and the Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture method was better suitable for the type of liver depression symptom and the type of disproportion of Chong and Ren meridian.ConclusionIn this clinical research,the method that Dongs unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture was used for mammary gland hyperplasia patients,Wai-san cong and Wai-san guan acupoints based on the theory which named QiJie and JieBu.These acupoints had the function to adjusted the QI of foot Shaoyang meridian and Yangming meridian.At the same time the regulation of the pointsto their related Zang-Fu had a certain relative specificity.it suggested that this method can alleviate the level of the breast pain,effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and was better suitable for the type of liver depression symptom and the type of disproportion of Chong and Ren meridian.This treatment had mangy advantages,such as using less points,easy to operate,and provide basis the prevention
