The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervica Spondylosis With Abdominal Acupuncture And Ordinary Acupuncture

Objective: In this article,adominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is used to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.By comparing the symptoms and indexes of patients before and after treatment,the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is objectively evaluated,so as to provide a safer and more effective treatment method for relieving the pain of patients.Methods: 70 patients(January 2018-December 2018)from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Shanxi acupuncture hospital and Taiyuan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital all met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table design,35 cases in each group,of which 12 cases fell off,and 30 cases in abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and 28 cases in simple body acupuncture group were treated for 10 days.(1)Abdominal acupuncture therapy combined with body acupuncture group adopts the standard prescription specified in Bo's Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy: Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Shiguan(Shuang),Shangqu(Shuang)and Huaroumen(Shuang).Acupoints: numbness and pain of upper limbs plus sideslip and fleshy gate triangle(experience point),headache,dizziness,memory loss plus cavitation(Shuang),tinnitus and vertigo plus side of qi(Shuang).The selected points for body acupuncture are selected from the second edition of Acupuncture Therapeutics edited by Wang Qicai: cervical 3-7 Jiaji points,Dazhui,Tianzhu and Houxi points,which are modified with the disease.Treatment is once a day,abdominal acupuncture and body acupuncture alternate treatment,rest on Saturday and Sunday,10 times as a course of treatment for two weeks.Results: 1.clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the two groups was 96.67%,and that of body acupuncture alone was 82.14%.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.comparison of clinical symptom scores: in terms of improving symptoms and signs,the difference between abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and simple body acupuncture group is statistically significant(p<0.05),It shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving symptoms and signs;In terms of VAS score improvement,the difference between abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and body acupuncture group is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group is better than body acupuncture group in score improvement.Conclusion:(1)Both treatment methods can treat CSR,and abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group is superior to body acupuncture group alone;(2)Abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group is better than body acupuncture group in relieving pain and improving symptoms;(3)Abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture can be used as a choice for clinical treatment of CSR.
