The Clinical Effect Observation Of Acupuncture Combine Moxibustion Du Meridian In Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Lumbage

ObjectiveObservation of acupuncture with du meridian moxibustion on the clinical curative effect of Yang deficiency patients with low back pain, provide the new mentality for the clinical treatment of Yang deficiency lumbago.Method60 cases of Yang deficiency patients with low back pain from the people’s hospital affiliated Acupuncture and Rehabilitation department and Traditional Characteristic department. there were randomly divided into treatment group (acupuncture combine du meridian moxibustion) and control group (oral guifu dihuang pill),30 cases in each group. Both groups for two courses of treatment (2 weeks for a period of treatment).By specifically score on these two groups of patients of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of TCM dialectical factor score and Oswestry disability index questionnaire scores before the treatment. After two courses of respectively treatment, score to them again, in the end, data statistical analysis, come to the conclusion.Results1.After two courses of treatment, two groups of patients with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical factor score and Oswestry disability index questionnaire score was compared to the significantly decreased (P<0.05), and acupuncture with du meridian moxa box moxibustion group more than oral guifu dihuang pill group (P<0.01);2.After two courses of treatment, the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, the clinical curative effect in treatment group markedly effective rate was 63.33%, total effective rate was 93.33%, control group markedly effective rate was 36.67%, total effective rate was 76.67%, with significant difference (P<0.05.)3.Two groups of various symptoms besides cold chills limbs, all have different degrees of improvement (P<0.05 or P<0.01) while treatment group to lumbar debility, shortness of breath and improve symptoms of lower extremity edema is better than the control group (P<0.01), in reducing loss of libido, night to urinate, and depression, more hair from tine shakes symptoms improved, two groups of patients were (P<0.05), no difference between the two groups,Conclusion1. In improving Yang deficiency patients with low back pain symptoms of TCM, Acupuncture combine moxibustion on Du Meridian is bettet than the group of oral Guifu Dihuang Pills.2. Acupuncture combine moxibustion on Du Meridian yang deficiency of low back pain is better than the oral Guifu Dihuang Pill group.
