Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With Du-moxibustion In The Treatment Of Cold-dampness-blocked Lumber Disc Herniation

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Du-moxibustion in the treatment of cold-dampness-blocked lumber disc herniation.Means:According to the method of random grouping the 60 patients will be divided into two groups.The control group and treatment group each have 30 patients.The treatment group was routine acupuncture combined with Du-moxibustion,while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The control group was treated once a day for 12 days,The treatment group basic treatment same as control group,but add du-moxibustion once the 3 days.The control group and treatment group with Visual Analogue Scale score and Japanese Orthpaedic Associaion score before of treatment,in the end of treatment,to score again to two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared according to their scores.Consequence: Neither group had a case history,statistical analysis was performed on the data of 30 cases in each group.The control group and treatment group no difference in age and sex(P > 0.05).(1)The efficacy of the two group was analyzed statistically,4 patients were cured,15 patients were excellented,9patients were improved and 2 patients no effective in the treatment group,the curative ratio was 63.33%,and the all effective curative ratio was 93.33%.In the control group,1 patients were cured,7 patients were excellent,18 patients were improved and 4 patients no effective,the curative ratio was 26.67%,and the all effective curative ratio was 86.67%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05).(2)The VAS scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.01).The JOA scores of the two groups were higher after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.01).(3)The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.01).The JOA score of the two groups after treatment was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture combined with Du-moxibustion can improve the clinical efficacy of LDH(cold-dampness-blocked statis type).(2)Acupuncture combined with Du-moxibustion and routine acupuncture can alleviate pain and improve the lumbar function.(3)Acupuncture combined with Du-moxibustion is superior to routine acupuncture in relieving pain,which can better relive lumbar pain and improve the lumber function.
