Clinical Observation Of Acupotomy Combined With Cupping Treatment Biceps Tendinitis

Background:The long head of biceps tendinitis is the most common cause of shoulder pain disease,if not treated,can seriously affect people's life and work.At present,western medicine is used to treat the disease of triamcinolone acetonide,prednisolone,compound betamethasone and other hormone drugs intrasheath closed.This method is simple and easy to use,and the analgesic effect is good,but it can not improve the symptoms of shoulder joint adhesion and limited activity.In addition to repeated use of hormone therapy for a long time,its side effects may lead to a spontaneous rupture of the tendon[1].The use of acupuncture in clinical work with cupping therapy in the treatment of long head of biceps tendinitis,has achieved good results,we further study the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with cupping of the disease,Chinese medicine treatment of this disease to provide new choice.Objective:Through the observation of acupotomy with improvement of shoulder pain and limitation of activity of cupping therapy of long head of biceps tendinitis patients,evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupotomy combined with cupping treatment of biceps tendinitis.Methods:64 patients met the inclusion criteria of long head of biceps tendinitis patients as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,namely the Acupotomy treatment group and acupuncture cupping therapy combined with cupping therapy in control group,32 cases in each.Treatment group:after the end of acupotomy,the treatment was carried out quickly,7 days treatment 1 times,2 times as a course of treatment.The control group:the continuous treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for 6 days was 1 days rest and a continuous treatment for two weeks as a course of treatment.The cupping combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for 7 days and 2 consecutive times.After the 1 course of treatment,the VAS score and the UCLA shoulder joint function score were compared before and after the treatment of the two groups,and the results were finally analyzed.Result:1.The total effec.tive rate of the 1.treatment group and the control group was 93.55%and 83.87%,respectively.The comparison of the two groups was P<0.05.indicating that there was a statistical difference between the two groups.2.The treatment group and the control group were compared with the reduction of VAS score and the improvement of CMS score before and after the treatment.The former was obviously better than the latter.3.The number of recurrent cases in the 3.control group was 3 times more than that in the treatment group,indicating that the long-term effect of the treatment group was more stable in the treatment of the disease and the rate of recurrence was low.4.In the two groups,there were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Only 1 patients had mild syncope phenomenon,does not affect the treatment.Conclusion:1.Acupotomy combined with cupping and acupuncture combined with cupping can treat chronic biceps tendon tendinitis,which can relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder mobility.2.Acupotomy combined with cupping is superior to acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of long head tendinitis of biceps brachii.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
