Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Trigeminal Neuralgia By Electro Needle Meridian Transmission Clinical

Objective:Compared with the ordinary acupuncture,the clinical effect of the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia was improved by the observation of the effect of acupuncture and stimulation of Yangming large intestine on the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.At the same time,the laser perfusion blood flow imaging technique was used to record the perfusion of microcirculation and blood flow in the skin.Methods:From April 2016 to February 2017,the patients were diagnosed with primary trigeminal neuralgia in 66 cases of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups:the treatment group Sensory group)and control group(common acupuncture group),including treatment group of 33 cases,the control group of 33 cases.According to the experimental design to screen them one by one,and then according to the exclusion criteria,included in the standard screening and screening of the cases and clinical observation and follow-up.All patients enrolled in the case before the need to detect the patient's safety indicators suggest no abnormalities.Due to different reasons off,remove 6 cases,the final completion of 60 cases.The treatment group was treated with electric needle to stimulate the ipsilateral hand Yangming large intestine well as the treatment method,the control group with ordinary acupuncture as the treatment.5 days for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.The analgesic effect of this method on trigeminal neuralgia was observed by recording VAS score and pain duration,pain index and other indexes before and after treatment.The blood perfusion volume of skin microcirculation before and after acupoint treatment was recorded by laser speckle blood flow imaging technique,and the effect of transescence on skin microcirculation blood flow was observed.Result:1.VAS score:There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The VAS score of the two groups was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).2.The scores of headache in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.There was a significant difference between the observation points of skin microcirculation and the corresponding control points in the treatment group and the control points corresponding to the control group at each observation point(P<0.05)(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the control points and the control points(P>0.05).5.The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 83.33%in the control group and 43.33%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6.According to the degree of sensibility,it was divided into ?,? and ?,and the grade I was 10.00%and the effective rate was 20.00%.The effective rate was 30.00%,the effective rate was 43.33%,the effective rate was 26.67%(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.electric needle through the senses and conventional acupuncture on primary trigeminal neuralgia have a therapeutic effect,but the electric needle through the sensory group was significantly better than conventional acupuncture group.2.through the degree of sensory affect the clinical effect of trigeminal neuralgia,through the sense of the more obvious,the better the efficacy of trigeminal neuralgia.3.through the sense of transmission along with the skin microcirculation of blood flow increased,and this change has a traceability.
