Clinical Research On Curing The Disease Of Acute Mastitis With The Tool Of Electro Spoon Needle Under The Model Of Propagated Sensation Along Channel

Objective: The aim of this study is to cure the acute mastitis based on the technic of the conventional acupuncture therapy,by prodding the acupuncture point of Lie Que with the Electro spoon needle.Moreover,the level of the propagated sensation along channel was determined dependent on the amount of blood flow flux which was detected by the laser speckle imaging technique.Method: The patients of this study were those with the acute mastitis in the school of traditional Chinese medicine in Heilongjiang province during April,2016 to February,2017 and the total member of patients is 64.All the patients were divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,randomly.During the period of treatment,the levels of pain feeling,red and swollen area,the lump size and milk lactating in breast were recorded,including the body temperature and blood routine of patients,to analyze the effect of chosen therapy on the disease of acute mastitis.Result: 1.The level of breast pain: the two chosen therapies has good effect on relieving the breast pain(P<0.01).It should be pointed that the therapy chosen by the treatment group had more effect on relieve the breast pain than that chosen by the control group(P<0.05).2.The level of read and swollen area in breast: the two chosen therapies has good effect on removing the read and swollen area in breast(P<0.01).It should be pointed that the therapy chosen by the treatment group had more effect on removing the read and swollen area in breast than that chosen by the control group(P<0.05).3.The level of lactated milk lactating in breast: the two chosen therapies has good effect on increasing lactated milk volume in breast(P<0.01).It should be pointed that the therapy chosen by the treatment group had more effect on increasing lactated milk volume in breast than that chosen by the control group(P<0.05).4.The level of lump size in breast: the two chosen therapies has good effect on decreasing the lump size in breast(P<0.01).It should be pointed that the therapy chosen by the treatment group had more effect on decreasing the lump size in breast than that chosen by the control group(P<0.05).5.The body temperature: the two chosen therapies has good effect on decreasing the body temperature of patients(P<0.01).It should be pointed that the therapy chosen by the treatment group had more significant effect on decreasing the body temperature of patients than that chosen by the control group(P<0.05).6.The blood routine: the two chosen therapies has good effect on recovering the blood routine of patients(P<0.01).It should be pointed that the therapy chosen by the treatment group had more significant effect on recovering the blood routine of patients than that chosen by the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The method of prodding the acupuncture point of Lie Que with the Electro spoon needle was proved to be an effect therapy to cure the acute mastitis.The level of the propagated sensation along channel was about 94%.2.Both of the two chosen treatment method was proved to decrease the levels of pain feeling,red and swollen area,the lump size and milk lactating in breast and body temperature and recover the blood routine of patients.It should be noted that the therapy chosen by the treatment group had more effect on cure the disease of acute mastitis than that chosen in the control group.3.In summary,the efficient of treatment of Electro spoon needle technic was about 93.7%,but the corresponding efficient of normal acupuncture technic was about 87.5%.From statistics view,the difference of the efficiency in the two therapies was testified(P<0.05),which indicated that the Electro spoon needle technic was effective.
