Abstract/Summary:
Objective:By comparing the occurrence rate of foot-sanyang meridian and foot-sanyin meridian of electric di-needle therapy propagated sensation along meridians in treating migraine,to provide clinical basis for electric di-needle therapy propagated sensation along meridians in treating migraine. Methods:In this study, 66 cases of migraine without aura type met the inclusion criteria, according to random number table method is divided into yang meridian group and yin meridian group, 33 cases in each group.Yang meridian group(jing-well point of foot-sanyang),both from Lidui began to propagate sensation along meridians, replace one meridian every day,in turn is Lidui,Zhiyin, and Zuqiaoyin.Yin meridian group(jing-well point of foot-sanyin),operate with yang meridian group by the same method, both from Yinbai began to propagate sensation along meridians,in turn is Yinbai,Yongquan, and Dadun, each time the needle for 30 minutes, and only take one meridian, treatment once a day,Treatment from Monday to Saturday, Sunday rest, 3 weeks, for a period of treatment.Observed and recorded the VAS scores of headache、the duration of headache、headache index.By using laser speckle contrast imaging, measure and record skin microcirculation perfusion of well point before and after treatment to observe propagated sensation along meridians affects the quantity of skin microcirculation perfusion. The data obtained by SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:59 cases of the patients completed the study, fall off 4 cases, eliminate 3cases,The results are as follows:1.The remission of pain: after treatment, VAS scores、the duration of headache、headache index of the two groups were decreased, the difference was significant(P < 0.05),2.In the general efficacy: after treatment, the total effective rate was 90.0%of yang meridian group, compare to 86.2% in the yin meridian group, markedly effective rate was 70.0% of yang meridian group, compare to 41.4% in the yin meridian group,a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0.05),the markedly effective rate of yang meridian group was better than yin meridian group.3.Occurrence rate of propagated sensation along meridians:after treatment, occurrence rate of propagated sensation along meridians was 82.3% of yang meridian group, compare to 64.9%in the yin meridian group,a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),yang meridian group acted better than yin meridian group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Electric di-needle stimulate the jing-well point of foot-sanyang and jing-well point of foot-sanyin propagated sensation along meridians can alleviate the pain symptom of patients with migraine.2.The degree of of propagated sensation along meridians in direct proportion to electric di-needle therapy propagated sensation along meridians in treating migraine, the propagated sensation along meridians, the more obvious, the clinical curative effect is better.3.The markedly effective rate of electric di-needle stimulation jing-well point of foot-sanyang in treating migraine is better than electric di-needle stimulation jing-well point of foot-sanyin.
