The Clinical Study Of Three Yin And Yang Meridians Of Hand On Migraine By The PSC Of Electro Spoon Needle

Objective:This study was designed to compare the positive incidence of PSC of three yin and yang meridians of hand on Migraine by the PSC of electro spoon needle to provide the cilinical basis for the treatment of migranine, rich Chinese meridican theory and clinical data about the propagated sensation along meridian therapy.Methods:To conform to the standards in 66 patients using simple random method, the patients were randomly divided into Yin meridian and Yang meridian groups, 33 cases in each one.record the score of pain intensity, duration, and frequency of attack of patients in each group one week before the treatment.Selecting well point of yin meridian of hand on the affected side in the group of yin meridican. All started from shaoshang point to motivate the stimulation, test different meridicans on each day. the sequence is as follows :Shaoshang point---Zhongchong point---Shaochong point. The yang meridian group is as same as the ying one but started from Shangyang point, and sequence is Shangyang point –Guanchong point---Shaoze point. Use laser speckle perfusion imaging to detect skin microcirculation blood perfusion on observation points and control points before stimulating PSC and recorded in detail. Then begin the stimulation from well point on the affected side by using the electro spoon needles, make this feeling conduct along the arm up to the affected part,the treatment last for 30 minutes.After the stimulation go back to detect skin microcirculation blood perfusion on observation points and control points and record ub detail too. And then observe the positive incidence of PSC of the two groups and make a record. The treatment starts from Monday to Saturday,30 minutes each time and on different meridians each day, a course lasts for 3 weeks. Record the score of pain intensity, duration,and frequency of attack of patients in each group one week after the 3weeks treatment.Calculate the total effective rate of two groups before treatment and after treatment, and make a comparison.Result :1. The total effective rate of two groups was no significant difference(P> 0.05), the curative rate of yang meridian group is 73.34%, the yin meridian group curative rate is 53.33%, the difference of curative rate between two groups has statistical significance.2.The positive incidence of PSC of yin meridian group is 78.85%; The positive incidence of PSC of yang meridian group is 89.81%, the difference of the positive incidence of PSC between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The symptom of migraine can be remarkblely improved by using electro spoon needle to motivate the PSC of three yin and yang meridians of hand.2.During the treatment the higher the incidence of PSC is the more clinical effects it shows, the PSC and the effect of acupuncture are positively correlated with each other.3.Using laser speckle perfusion imaging can objectively observe the changes of blood perfusion along the route of the 6 meridicans.
