Objective:To compare the effect of electric Di-needle with propagated sensation along channel for the treatment of frozen shoulder by comparing with the conventional acupuncture group. And providing theoretical basis for improving the clinical curative effect of frozen shoulder. Methods: Sixty-three patients with frozen shoulder were selected and 60 cases were observed. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each of30 cases. The treatment group takes the He Gu as the treatment acupoint and stimulate it with an electric Di-needle,which aims to transmit the needling sensation up to diseased region, and then selects the acupoints :Pian Li,Zhou Liao,Jian Liao,as the observation point and selects the points which are two centimeters left and right arpart the observation points on the meridian of large intestine, then give the treatment group acupuncture treatment after stimulating He Gu acupoint. The Control group is treated by conventional acupuncture.A total of four courses lasted,5days for each course. To record the indexes like scores of pain levels, range of motion of shoulder, and the skin microcirculation perfusion and so on.To observe the curative effect and characteristics of the treatment of frozen shoulder by analyzing the research date of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and to provide the basis and theory for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of frozen shoulder.Result:1.VAS pain score comparison: VAS score comparison results show(p <0.05)the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment of the two groups. After treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group and the control group(p <0.05)was statistically significant.2.ROM score:(P <0.05)shows that the difference was statistically significant;after the comparison of the two groups found that the score was still the score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, the score of the shoulder joint activity range Statistically significant(p <0.05),with significant differences.3.Curative effect comparison:it shows the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P <0.05).4.The skin microcirculation perfusion comparison: There was significant difference of the microcirculation perfusion of the observed points between before and after the treatment of two groups. The date of controled and observed points in controlled group comparing to the condition before treatment shows no statistical significance, except for the observed point Jian Yu(p< 0.05).the difference of the data from two groups after the treatment shows statistical significance(p <0.05).5.The efftct of propagated sensation:.There was significant difference comparing the level ??? to level?(P <0.05).There was no significant difference comparing the level?to level ?.Conclusion:1.Both treatment group and controled group can prove the condition of frozen shoulder but the method of combining electric Di-needle with conventional acupuncture treatment has better clinical effect.2.The levels of propagated sensation affect the curative effect of frozen shoulder treatment, and the higher levels gthe propagated sensation is the better the clinicla effect will be.3.Propagated sensation comes with the increse of the skin microcirculation perfusion of the point on the meridian.and this change has a traceability.
