The Clinical Research On The Excess Of Liver-fired Nervous Tinnitus Treated By Propagated Sensation Along Channel Of The Acupoints Of Zhongzhu

Objectives:In order to improve the curative effects,the research aims to explore the clinical therapeutic effects of electro-spoon-needles applied at acupoints of Zhongzhu which arouse the reactions of propagated sensation,and combined with the conventional acupuncture to treat the liver-fired nervous tinnitus.Procedures:64 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,and 32 patients per group.The acupoints of treatment group were selected at acupoints of portals,Tinghui,Zhongzhu,Tinggong,Yifeng,and Xiaxi,and pointacupuncture acupoints of Zhongzhu by electro-spoon-needles.The other acupoints was treated by conventional acupuncture.The control group select the same acupoints with the treatment group and treated by conventional acupuncture.The patients were treated 30 minutes every day,6 times a week,the course of treatment all lasting 4 weeks.The treatment group and the control group dropped 2 cases respectively during the treatment period,and 60 patients were observed at last.The tinnitus severity grade,THI scale,Hamilton Depression Scale score and skin microcirculation blood perfusion volume were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the control group was 76.67%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of tinnitus severity,THI scale and Hamilton depression scale were lower in the two groups than prior treatment,and the difference significant(P<0.05).And the improvement of the tinnitus severity scale,the THI scale and the Hamilton depression scale in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the curative effect in two groups was different(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the skin microcirculation blood perfusion of each observation point in the treatment group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,except for the Waiguan point,there was a significant difference compared with the control point(P<0.01),and there was no obvious change in other observation points.4.The degree of sensation can be divided into grade I,II and III,among which the cure rate of the first grade was 10%,the effective rate was 20%;the cure rate of the second grade was30%,the effective rate was 43.33%;the cure rate of the third grade was 26.67%,and theeffective rate was 26.67%.Statistical analysis showed that the second and third degree sensory transmission was significantly different from the first degree of sensory transmission(P<0.05),but there was no difference between degree II and III(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Combined with conventional acupuncture,electro-spoon-needle have perferably curative effect on treatment of liver-fired nervous tinnitus,and the effectiveness indicate that electro-spoon-needle can improve the clinical curative effect.2.Electro-spoon-needle effectively improve the cure effectiveness of patients tinnitus,and the THI score decreased,patients depression condition were better than before.3.The degree of electro-spoon-needle propagated sensation along channel influence the clinical effect of fired-liver neurogenic tinnitus,and the more obvious of progagated sensation along channel,the better for the treatment of nervous tinnitus.4.The propagated sensation along channel is accompanied by the increase of the blood flow of the skin microcirculation,and the change is meridian.
