| Objective: Compared with conventional acupuncture,to observe the clinical curative effect in the treatment of migraine without a sign(obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis) by propagated sensation along channel(PSC)that produced by stimulating Saojiao well point with Electro spoon needle, for propagated sensation along channel(PSC)that produced by stimulating Saojiao well point with Electro spoon needle cured migraine improving the clinical efficacy and providing a clinical basis. At the same time, using the laser speckle blood flow imaging technology to record the microcirculation blood flow in the skin surface of acupoints, and to explore the relationship between the PSC and the blood perfusion of the skin surface,to provide basis for elucidating the mechanism of therapeutic effect.Methods:During the period of 2014/05 to 2015/05. 66 migraine patients who accepted treatment in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine was randomly divided the cases into a treatment group(PSC group) and a control group(Conventional acupuncture group). the treatment group 33 cases control group 33 cases.for reasons 6 cases were dropped in the process,finally 60 cases were left.The treatment group were stimulated the ipsilateral hand Sanjiaojing well point by electro spoon needle for treatment of meridian, the control group was treated with routine acupuncture as the treatment method. A 5 days courses of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment. The analgesic effect of this method was observed in two groups of patients before and after treatment with VAS score and pain time, headache index and other indexes. Using laser speckle blood flow imaging technique to record the blood perfusion of the skin surface before and after acupuncture point treatment, observe the effect of PSC to the skin surface microcirculation blood flow volume.Results:1.Comparison of VAS score: VAS score two groups before treatment and after treatment were very significant difference(P<0.01), after treatment group compared with the control group there was very significant difference(P<0.01).2.Headache time score comparison: The headache time score two groups after treatment and before treatment after treatment were very significant difference(P<0.01), after curing treatment group and control group were significant(P<0.05).3.Headache index score: the headache index score two groups after treatment compared with before treatment were very significant difference(P<0.01), after curing the treatment group compared with the control group there were significant difference(P<0.05).4.Comparison of skin microcirculation blood perfusion of Each observation point: treatment group after treatment the observation point and corresponding control points and control group, and the corresponding observation points compare with very significant difference(P<0.01), the control group except Wai guan point and control point compared with a very significant difference(P<0.01) and others observation points were obvious changes(P>0.05).5.The curative effect evaluation,treatment group, the total effective rate was 90%. The markedly effective rate was 66.67%, the control group, the total effective rate was 83.33%, markedly effective rate was 43.33%, two groups of the total efficiency had no significant difference(P>0.05), but two groups of the cured and markedly effective rate had significant difference(P<0.05).6.According to the transmission level is divided into I, II, III, The I cured and markedly effective rate was 10.00%, 20.00% efficiency;the II cured and markedly effective rate was 30.00%, effective rate was 43.33%; grade III cured and markedly effective rate was 26.67%, effective rate was 26.67%; the II and III compared to I cured and markedly effective rate had significant difference(P<0.05), II, III had no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Electro spoon needle PSC and Conventional acupuncture both have curative effect in the treatment of migraine without a sign(obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis), but the markedly effective rate of electro spoon needle meridian transmission treatment group better than routine acupuncture group;2.The degree of PSC have an effect on the clinical effect of migraine, the more obvious of PSC, the better the clinical efficacy of migraine;3.The PSC With an increase of the blood flow in the surface of the skin, and this kind of change has the following along channel characteristics. |
