Objective:This paper by proinflammatory Tongyu capsule clinical study of patients with blood stasis syndrome of stagnation of Qi in the treatment of chronic prostatitis of type Ⅲ B to observe the curative effect of B type of chronic prostatitis and the influence on the indexes, to discussion on proinflammatory Tongyu capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and therole of type Ⅲ B, To provide clinical and theoretical basis for the clinical application.Method:Randomized control principles will be incorporated into the standard of60chronic prostatitis patients with type Ⅲ B patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. The treatment group was given before inflammation Tongyu capsule. The control group was treated with common tablet before stasis, The two groups are in a course of1months. Each group were observed before and after treatment of prostate fluid routine (EPS-R), Chronic prostatitis symptom integral (NIH-CPSI),and TCM syndrome integral, contrast the results, Come to conclusion.Result:(1) The treatment group compared with the control group could significantly reduce the integralof TCM syndrome of chronic prostatitis type Ⅲ B(2) The treatment group compared with the control group could significantly reduce the NIH-CPSI of chronic prostatitis integral(3) The treatment group compared with the control group could significantly improve the clinical efficacyConclusion:anterioruveitis Tongyu Capsule on B type of chronic prostatitis syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis has obvious curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
