Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effects On Shen Qi Clean Facial Powder In The Treatment Of Pigmentation Left Over By Acne Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:The type of qi deficiency and blood stasis pigmentation after acne patients were divided into two groups,each group to "Shen qi clean facial powder" or "vitamin C and vitamin E" for oral treatment,evaluating the effect and the application safety of this type of powder.Besides,the recurrence after recovery is important.Methods:1?64 cases of pigmentation after acne patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type who meet the inclusion criteria in the clinic were randomly divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group of 32 cases.Shen qi clean facial powder oral treatment group,vitamin C and vitamin E orally as the control group.2?30 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment,the efficacy and safety of drug treatment were analyzed and discussed.After 1 months of treatment,the patients were followed up,and the recurrence rate was observed.Result:1 ? The recovery rate: Shen qi clean facial powder group(treatment group)19.35%,Vitamin group(control group)6.25%.2 ? The significant rate: Shen qi clean facial powder group(treatment group)58.06%,Vitamin group(control group)21.88%.3?Invalid rate: Shen qi clean facial powder group(treatment group)16.13%,Vitamin group(control group)51.13%4?the total efficiency of shen qi clean facial powder group(treatment group)83.87%,vitamin group(control group)46.88%5?To compare the two groups of the recovery rate,significant results,inefficiency and the total effective rate are obviously different,the treatment group was better than the control group,and in the process of the experiment there were no allergic symptoms or other adverse reactions on the basis of the original.6?The recurrence rate: Shen qi clean facial powder group was 16.67%,Vitamin group was50.00%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1?The type of qi deficiency and blood stasis treatment of pigmentation after acne,shen qi clean facial powder group improved significantly,low recurrence rate,significantly better than the control group of vitamin.2?This product is more convenient to use for storage,it is worth further clinical research and development and clinical promotion.
