With the deepening of the medical system reform,Chinese hospitals have made great progress in the content,mode and design methods of compensation management.A variety of forms of wages have emerged,such as job skills,wages,technical levels,wages,performance pay and other forms of wages,is a reform of the traditional hierarchical wage system,and enhance the incentive role of workers.With the further development of the reform of the modern medical system and human resource management,a series of problems in the reform of the traditional human resource management and the compensation system gradually emerged,the current salary system,the salary system is not fair,lack of incentive compensation system is not reasonable,the difference is not attractive enough,the diversity of compensation problems,these problems directly affect the the human resources management system to enhance the effectiveness and potential of employees,need to attract attention accordingly,which has also become an important background of this topic.In the process of thesis research,M hospital salary system design problem is the main research contents,the study on this issue in accordance with the "theory construction,problem analysis,strategy,performance evaluation" mode,introduced the literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,the theoretical basis for the design of salary system,M hospital salary incentive status,salary system design problem and reason of the content such as research and analysis,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy and safeguard measures.In this article the research process,combining with the current phase of the hospital and compensation system has defects and the insufficiency,from enhance the level of employee compensation,optimization of salary system,balance internal fairness,such as multiple dimensions to construct,put forward the "based on post wage,ability to pay,pay pay for performance" as the main guiding ideology of the broadband salary system.And get good result in practice,the research value and popularization significance.
