Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Pharyngeal Tumefaction (Qi Deficiency And Evil Syndrome) In Elderly Patients With Ganduqing Based On Tonifying Qi By Detoxification Method

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of acute laryngeal paralysis with Ganduqing,by observation of the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute laryngeal disease in elderly patients.Methods:Using the random digital grouping method,60 elderly patients with acute acute pharyngitis in the outpatient clinic of simmqiao community service center in Jinniu District,Chengdu,were divided into 30 patients in the observation group and the control group according to the proportion of 1:1.The patients in the observation group took Ganduqing(Astragalus membranaceus 20 g,Sichuan shoot dried 10g),3 times a day,half an hour after meals,and took medicine for 5 days.The control group took Banlangen Granule(isatis root,sucrose,dextrin),3 times a day,one bag each time(10g/ bag),after half an hour after meal,take medicine for 5 days.Results:1.Baseline comparison:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,and severity of disease.The two are comparable.2.Comparison of symptom scores:(1)to relieve the congestion of Dry throat,Sore throat and pharyngeal mucosa:The observation group was less than the control group(P < 0.05).The symptom scores were significantly decreased in both groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).(2)In alleviating the general symptoms of acute laryngeal disease:The observation group was less than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of syndrome efficacy:(1)to relieve the congestion of Dry throat,Sore throat and pharyngeal mucosa:The rate of the observation group was 66.67%,the total effective rate was 86.67%,and the control rate was 26.67%,the total effective rate was 60.00%(P < 0.05).(2)In alleviating the general symptoms of acute laryngeal disease:The apparent rate of the observation group was 76.67%,the total effective rate was 96.67%,and the increase rate of the control group was 23.33%,and the total effective rate was 73.33%(P < 0.05).4.No adverse reactions were observed in the observation group and control group during the treatment.Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment of senile acute laryngeal disease is accurate and has no obvious toxic side effect,which is worth further promotion.
