To explore the mechanism that the method of tonifying qi detoxification for chronic hepatitis b antiviral in antiviral effect.MethodsThis topic includes clinical research and experimental study two parts.Clinical studies:The 60 patient's cases which from Hepatitis outpatient service in Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine first affiliated hospital, from October 2009 to December 2010, and the TCM diagnosis were icterus or flank pain, the Western medicine diagnosed was chronic hepatitis b. Traditional Chinese medicine group and entecavir groups,30 cases, to take orally tonifying qi detoxification square and entecavir every six months, tested before and after the treatment 6 months patients peripheral blood HBV-DNA situation, to compare the difference between before and after the treatment.Experimental study:Discuss TCM by animal experiments in hepatitis b antiviral advantages. Including HBVTGM screening, random into Chinese medicine group, entecavir group and control group, through determined the viral load before and after a month with drug and drug withdrawal after half month. To contrast the HBV-DNA drop extent of Chinese medicine group and entecavir group HBV-DNA before and after the drug and after discontinuation of reaction.Results1. In clinical research, the cases of chronic hepatitis b in the corresponding period were divided into Chinese medicine group and entacavir group with randomized, between the two groups of age, sex, there were no statistically significant differences of (P>0.05), suggest that both groups baseline basic same, comparable. Results for entecavir group before and after treatment was statistically significant DNA numerical differences; the Chinese medicine group before and after treatment with statistically significant DNA numerical differences; Entecavir group and Chinese medicine group after treating DNA numerical differences no statistically significant.2. In experimental study, HBVTGM randomly assigned into Chinese medicine group, entecavir group and control group, each group are female and male mice evenly, each group has no statistically significant weight aspects, before the treatment through comparing three groups DNA value, there were no statistically significant differences, suggest that three groups were comparable. Three groups of treatment after a month DNA binary comparison p> 0.05 worth, no statistical significance. Drug withdrawal after half month entecavir group compared with traditional Chinese medicine group of DNA value was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion1. Tonifying qi detoxification clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis b definite effect, for HBV-DNA copy inhibitory has good effect.2. In animal experiments, after treatment, the Chinese medicine group and entecavir group are not obvious DNA value improvement. But the formula of tonifying qi detoxification had curative effect in suppressing DNA value rebound after discontinuation.
