| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Ganduqing yantong Decotion in the treatment of common cold(syndrome of Qi deficiency and Evil invasion),especially for the improvement of sore throat,pharyngeal symptoms and pharyngeal signs,to evaluate the Effectiveness and safety of Ganduqing yantong Decotion in the treatment of common cold(syndrome of Qi deficiency and Evil invasion).Application research methods:Using a randomized controlled trial method,60 cases of common cold patients who were collected from the outpatient department in the Simaqiao Community Center Hospital,Jinniu District,Chengdu,and were included in the condition of sore throat were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with sensitization and sore throat(Astragalus,Shegan,Radix,Arctium)orally 3 times a day.The control group was treated with Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules(trade name: Renhe Creek),each time 1,2 times a day.Two groups of medication were treated for 3 days.To observe the clinical efficacy of the two Groups beforeand after treatment,and then explore the relationship between qi deficiency and toxic invasion and common cold.Results:1.Baseline: There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,duration,and blood routine between the two groups.Baseline data were comparable between the two groups.2.Comparison of TCM symptoms points :(1)In improving the pharyngeal symptoms and signs,before and after treatment,the two groups of symptoms were significantly reduced,the comparison between the two groups was significantly greater than the control group,the two groups and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)In improving the symptoms of common cold,the total score before treatment was significantly reduced(P <0.05).Among them,the test group in improving the sore throat,throat,pharyngeal signs,fatigue,fatigue,aversion to cold were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).3.TCM syndrome effect: The total effective rate was 82.76% in the experimental group and 67.86% in the control group(P <0.05).At the same time,compared with the general clinical symptoms of common cold symptoms in this study,the total effective rate was 82.76% in the experimental group and 71.43% in the control group(P <0.05).4.Laboratory inspection:The recovery rate of blood in the two groups was 3 cases(75% of the normal rate)and 6 cases(75% of the normal rate)in the control group before treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.The incidence of common cold recurrence was compared between the two groups,the recurrence rate was 14.29% in the trial group and 50% in the control group.The relapse rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).6.After the treatment of two groups were not serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Common cold is a frequently-occurring disease,for its easy to recurrent and as an exogenous disease characteristics,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory put forward the principle of tonifying Qi by detoxification treatment,open up the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of exogenous disease clinical research new ideas,in line with clinical practice and innovative.2.Based on the theory of Qi and detoxification theory of detoxification,Ganduqing yantong Decotion can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the common cold(syndrome of Qi deficiency and Evil invasion),the clinical efficacy is accurate especially for sore throat,throat,pharyngeal signs,fatigue,shortness of breath,with the effect of Fuzheng Quxie,Qi and detoxification,Liyan heat.3.The efficacy of Ganduqing yantong Decotion is stable,high security,low recurrence rate,with the popularity of the application of the prospects,it is worth further study and promotion. |
