Clinical Research Of Sanhuangfen External-used On Treatment Of The Cervical High Risk HPV Infection

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuangfen the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection,for the clinical treatment of cervical HPV infection to provide effective ideas and drugs.Methods:In this study,60 patients with cervical HPV infection who met the diagnostic criteria were enrolled in the gynecological clinic of the GanSu province Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to September 2016.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group(SanHuang Fen)and control group(Interferon),after a course of treatment,to analyze the curative effect of the control group before and after the treatment and the control between the two groups.Result:(1)Local improvement of cervix:After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).(2)Improvement of vaginal cleanliness:After treatment,there was a significant difference in vaginal cleanliness between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).(3)The curative effect of TCM Syndrome:The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 93.10%,while that in the control group was 67.86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The load effect of HR-HPV DNA:After treatment,both groups were able to reduce the HR-HPV DNA load,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)The negative rate of HR-HPV:After treatment,In the treatment group,there were 15HR-HPV positive patients and 14 negative patients,the negative rate was 48.28%,11 cases were positive in the treatment group,17 cases of negative patients,the negative rate was39.29%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(6)Total curative effect:After treatment,In the treatment group,7 cases were cured,9 cases were effectived,10 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was89.66%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effectived,10 cases were effectived,8 cases cases were ineffective,total effective rate was 71.43%,the two group comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Local application of Sanhuangfen could significantly improve the local condition of the cervix,Vagina cleanliness and TCM syndromes about patients,and could effectively reduce the HR-HPV load and increase the negative rate of virus.
