Objective:By observing the clinical symptoms,HPV DNA viral load and cervical fluid-based cytology(TCT)test changes of patients with HR-HPV infection before and after treatment,to clarify the clinical efficacy of Qingdai Jiedu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository in treating cervical HR-HPV infection in syndrome of accumulated dampness-toxicity,lay the foundation for the next mechanism of the study.By comparing the indicators between the two groups,to explore whether Qingdai Jiedu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository has advantages in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection, and provide a strong basis for further clinical application and promotion. Methods:From June 2016 to December 2017,60 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection in syndrome of accumulated dampness-toxicity admitted to a gynaecology clinic in Nanjing TCM Hospital and met the criteria for inclusion in this study were selected. And they were randomly divided into experimental groups(Qingdaijiedu Decoction)and control group(BaoFukang Suppository),each had 30 cases. The course of treatment in the two groups was 3 menstrual cycles(1 course of treatment).Follow-up was performed at the 6th month after treatment was stopped.Observe the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,HPV viral load,TCT liquid-based cell status of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and the recurrence of patients at follow-up.Results:(1)In the aspect of TCM syndromes, the test group's score was 4.53 ± 3.04,the total effective rate was 93.33%.the control group's score was 7.17 ± 4.76,the total effective rate was 73.33%.The differences between the two groups of data were statistically significant(P = 0.026<0.05,P = 0.003<0.05).This shows that the combination of Qingdai Jiedu Decoction with Baofukang Suppository or Baofukang Suppository can improve clinical symptoms of HR-HPV patients, but the combination therapy is more significant.(2)After treatment, seven patients in the test group were negative for HPV,the total effective rate of removing HPV was 80%.Three people in the control group were negative, and the total effective rate of removing HPV was 60%.The efficacy in the clearance of HPV was better than that of the control group(P = 0.039<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing HPV viral load(P = 0.144>0.05).(3)After treatment, the TCT curative effect was compared between the two groups(except 3 normal patients). In the experimental group,11 cases were cured,15 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The control group was cured in 5 cases,14 cases were effective and ineffective in 9 cases. The total effective rate of TCT in the experimental group was 89.66%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 67.86%.The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving TCT(P = 0.026<0.05).(4)After 6 months of cessation of treatment,15 patients were followed up in the experimental group and 12 in the control group. The recurrence rates of the two groups were 6.67%and 25%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.294>0.05),but the recurrence rate of the combination group was lower than that of the Baofukang Suppository group alone. Conclusion:The combination of Qingdaijiedu Decoction and Baofukang Suppository has a significant clinical effect on the patients with cervical HR-HPV infection in syndrome of accumulated dampness-toxicity.It can not only relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, but also effectively remove the HPV virus, improve the liquid-based cytology of the cervix. The therapeutic effect is better than that of BaoFukang suppository. And it can be promoted in clinical practice and worthy of further study.
