The Clinical Observation Of Effect Of Bu Zhong Yi Qi & Si Miao Decotion Combined With Recombinant Human Interferon Treating On Cervical HPV Infection

Purpose:To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi & Si Miao Decoction combined with Recombinant Human Interferon a 2b on patients suffering from HPV infection through the clinical research. To offer method and thread for the clinical treatment.Method:Selecting 60 patients suffering from HPV infection randomizate to control group and observational group. Thirty patients are observational group. Treating them with Decoction and Xin Fu Ning (Recombinant Human Interferon a 2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules) for three menstrual cycles. Others were control group just treated with Xin Fu Ning. To observe the decrease of TCM syndrome, HCⅡ HPV DNA. At the same time, patients were observed before and after treatment with self-comparison and cintrast between the two groups.Results:1. Anterior-posterior treatment, the observational group has statistically siginificant difference in TCM climate score (P<0.01), the control group has statistically difference in TCM climate score (P<0.05). The difference of the two sets of TCM climate score has statistically difference (P<0.05). Proved that the observational group in reducing TCM clinical syndromes score is better than the control group.2. Anterior-posterior treatment, the observational group has statistically siginificant difference in viral load (P<0.01), the control group has no statistically difference in viral load (P>0.05). Proved that the observational group in reducing HPV viral load is better than the control group.3. Anterior-posterior treatment, there is statistical siginificant difference between observational group and control group in darkening rate of HPV, which is 53.3% in observational group, and 26.7% in control group (P<0.01).4. Anterior-posterior treatment, there is statistical siginificant difference between observational group and control group in recovery rate, which is 43.3% in observational group, and 20% in control group (P<0.01). There is statistical difference between observational group and control group in total effective rate, which is 93.3% in observational group, and 63.3% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi & Si Miao Decoction combining Xin Fu Ning is proved efficient in the clinical research. Compared with the Western medicine alone, combined Chinese and Western medicine can improve patients’ symptom and reduce HPV viral load, increase the rate of virus negative. Furthermore, it is safe and exact worth promoting.
