Efficacy Analysis Of Disinfection Decoction Combined With Interferon In The Treatment Of High-risk Cervical HPV Infection

Objective To the purpose of this paper is to use the disinfection joint soup oral human recombinant interferon alpha 2 b vaginal effervescent tablets(trade name:Jin Shu xi)treatment of high-risk type cervical human papilloma virus(High risk-the human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)infection in clinical observation,summarizes the disinfection soup combined human recombinant interferon alpha 2 b vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of cervical HPV infection HR-advantage,thus to improve the medicine conservative treatment of cervical HR-provides the reference for the clinical curative effect of HPV infection.Methods This research takes zhejiang university of traditional Chinese medicine combination of Chinese and western hospital in wenzhou in November 2017-June 2019 outpatient service of department of gynaecology cervical HR-90 cases of patients with HPV infection,according to a randomized controlled method,divided the patients into combined interferon group,interferon,disinfection disinfection soup soup groug,a total of three groups,each group 30 cases,combined interferon group used in our hospital disinfection disinfection soup soup(currently full composition granules)joint oral human recombinant interferon alpha 2 b vaginal effervescent tablets(trade name:Jin shuxi)treatment:the interferon group was treated with recombinant human interferon ha-2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and the traditional Chinese medicine of disinfection decoction group was taken orally before.The three groups were treated for 3 months,and the drug was discontinued for 1 month for review.To observe and record the patients’ cervical HPV Yin,Chinese medicine symptoms,changes in cervical columnar epithelial ectropia(CCE),and other conditions,using statistics SPSS22.0 analysis,P<0.05 or P<0.017 after correction has statistical significance,the three groups of efficacy.Results ①Among the 90 patients aged 30 to 65 with hr-hpv infection,those aged 45 to 49 were the most infected,accounting for 27%.This was followed by those aged 30 to 34.②After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the three groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,but there was still a difference among the three groups(P=0.000).The improvement of TCM symptoms in the disinfection decoction combined with interferon group and the disinfection decoction group was better than that in the interferon group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.017).③The negative conversion rate of disinfection soup combined with interferon group,interferon group and disinfection soup group was 60%,40%and 30%respectively.There was no difference in the negative conversion rate of the three groups after treatment(P>0.05),but the negative conversion rate of disinfection soup combined with interferon group was higher than that of interferon group and disinfection soup group.④The total effective rates of disinfection decoction combined with interferon group,interferon group and disinfection decoction group in the treatment of cervical hr-hpv infection were 83.3%,53.3%and 46.7%,respectively.There were statistical differences among the three groups(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of disinfection decoction combined with interferon group was better than that of interferon group and disinfection decoction group.⑤The total effective rates of disinfection decoction combined with interferon group,interferon group and disinfection decoction group in the treatment of CCE were 56%,52.2%and 19.2%,respectively.Disinfection decoction combined with interferon group and interferon group were better than disinfection decoction group in the improvement of CCE(P<0.017),but there was no statistical difference between disinfection decoction combined with interferon group and interferon group(P>0.017).Conclusion Disinfection decoction combined with recombinant human interferon and-2b vaginal effervescent tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of hr-hpv infection in patients with spleen deficiency and damp heat type cervix,which is worthy of clinical promotion.Disinfection soup combined with recombinant human interferon and-2b vaginal effervescent tablets can effectively promote the conversion of cervical hr-hpv to Yin,the overall efficacy is better than the use of recombinant human interferon and-2b vaginal effervescent tablets or disinfection soup.Disinfection soup combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b vaginal effervescent tablets can effectively improve the CCE situation of patients and improve the local resistance of the vagina.
